Praying for you guys. My kids used to watch you and so I have watched you a little bit too. You’ve always seemed so sweet and genuine. I just wanted to let you know that we see you and we believe that you did what you could to help the kids.

I lost my precious daddy a few years ago. Nothing matters but the memories. The laughs, the times together…the memories. Just keep making memories!

My advice is a 61-year-old woman with three grown children, and eight grandchildren. I looked back and one of the things I think about are that I followed through. If I said I was gonna do something I did it that’s really important to show children. Great vlog guys.

I remember saying to my husband that we’ve spent all these years teaching our children how to not need us. We raised them to work hard and think independently, but it’s so hard to see them grow and fly away. It’s pure love and joy seeing our kids grow, but it pulls the heart strings.

Helpful hint from a grandmother. Positive affirmation. You see and hear behavior you want from them you point it out. When you see or hear them work through problem solving with anger or jealousy. Let them know you see them trying. Always make your No no but before you do give them options. I also do a anger meter or how upset meter. This that your upset with you should try to be angry or mad for a little bit or go cry for a few about this but then let’s work it out when your ready to talk. Look at vocabulary you can give your children to help them express there selves. Managing emotions.

I agree. But we have to remember that if Russell has not had the courage to get help , we would probably not have known about this until it was too late

The moment I realized my baby was not a baby no more was when I was shopping for him in the little kid section, the section where I would walk first thing when I’d enter the store. I couldn’t find his size anymore and that’s when I realized I have to move to the bigger kid section. I just stood for a few minutes staring at the clothes that he no longer will fit in anymore and kinda broke me that he’s growing up into a young boy 😭

I love you guys so much. I been watching sense Jackson has been a baby. I love watching your videos because it helped so much for my own life. Your videos helped me so much during my brother’s cancer journey.

It is such a bitter sweet decision to make. My husband and I are currently pregnant with our last baby. The decision was something I never thought I'd come to, but something felt right about this decision. Younger me had the goal of 6-8 kids, and here I am stopping at 4. The Lord is so gracious and kind to us throughout our lives. Blessings to you, Mecham family!

I have 3 kids 1 girl and 2 boys. I always tell my 9 yr old girl and my 8yr old boy we need to be patient with each other because Mommy has never been a mom to a 9 year old girl or a 8 year old boy I’m just trying to figure it out, and then I tell them you have never been an 9 year old or an 8 year old so let’s be patient with each other. We are going to mess up and that’s ok 🤍🤍🤍

It feels sad to say but when I was diagnosis with PCOS and Endometriosis, I really looked forward to this time of life. TTC is very exhausting. Now I’m pregnant with my first and I am trying to not wish the days away. Being pregnant is hard! Along with the hard, there is so much good too.

I feel this way too!! We have 5! 1 girl same age as Jackson and 4 boy! Our last baby is almost 9 months old! I always feel really peaceful for this decision as well! I think I will miss our time in the hospital, I just love that time! Bring a baby in the world and spending that time in the hospital, but I feel the same as you guys! I am just so excited about just raising them, and excited for the next stage!
