Gosh! I just love every moment of this. Each of the kids reactions were just so sweet. It was so sweet to see Jackson so concerened for Ellie and the baby and the reality of our history. My Tears started flowing when Jackson said, “I hope it doesn’t die”. What a sweetheart he is. He loves his mommy. What a beautiful and precious family.

Whether we’ve told him everything about the journey we’ve gone through or not, he’s certainly picked up on the toll it has taken, especially on Ellie. He said what we’ve all been thinking. Just hoping this all works out. (Blunt or not😂). We took it to be a sweet thought. You’re right. He knows, and he’s been nothing but sweet during this time. ❤️

Jackson's reaction and the way he vocalized his concern for the baby and for Ellie is absolutely everything! The tears just poured when he said "I don't want you to get hurt". My pregnancy hormones may have contributed to my emotional reaction but Jackson is just so empathic. He reminds me of my oldest son. Calvin's reaction was exactly like my second son's reaction to baby number 4's announcement lol. My daughter is only 2 and doesn't really understand yet. I literally jumped with joy when I saw the Instagram announcement. I'm so excited to be pregnant with you especially this time around, this is our rainbow baby too. Prayers for your family! You really do have the best boys! ❤️

I just wanted to say how beautiful and precious your boys are. They remind me so much of my own son, who's the same age as Jackson. When he said "hopefully this one doesn't die" I teared up and shared this video with my boy because he said the exact same thing when we told him I was pregnant with #4 after a miscarriage. We lost that baby too unfortunately but please know Jackson being honest in this video helped my son see another boy in another family going through the same thing he had. As much as we talk about the times we win in this life it's equally as important to talk about our losses too. We need to show our kids how to grieve well so they can really embrace the good times. Wow I just put two and two together, our babies had/have the same due date of Jan. 18th ❤️
