The best advert ever. And it got banned because some people claimed it was making fun of animal cruelty.

I've been traumatised by this I dont think I'll ever recover its disgusting what some people do to marmite

I am weeping with laughter. This is where brand greatness comes from, the ability to share a laugh, not to take oneself too seriously. Incidentally, I drink Marmite tea. Drop a teabag into a mug of boiling water and stir in a generous teaspoonful of Marmite (preferably XO). Once the Marmite has dissolved, brew the tea for a few more minutes before drinking.

I've heard of the RSPCA (royal Society of Prevention of Cruelty of Animals) But what about the RSPNM (Royal Society of Prevention of Neglect of Marmites)?

This is the most honest advert ever made, the Marmite guys are so comfortable with their product that they just tell the truth... BTW, I hate Marmite and my dad loves it.

The fact people find this offensive is beyond me🤦‍♀️ when did we learn to take everything so seriously honestly people get worked up over the tiniest things

Hi yeah, people who dislike this advert, Marmite is known for their irreverent humor meaning their adverts are hugely exaggerated and they parody most things (like has anyone seen the breastfeeding advert?)

I always thought this ad, a little odd I recognize it as a comedy slapstick but parodying RSPCA footage, with a serious news presenter, Michael Burke doing the narration, it makes serious things, not seem that serious . I was watching an animal rescue program using a similar camera style as this ad is parodying & I couldn't take it seriously! Is this ad immoral?

Yep, it's offensive!! Animal rescue organisations go into properties and find animals barely able to stand from starvation, kittens and their mums abandoned, animals sitting in their own faeces in empty properties, animals who have been beaten and have broken bones, and animals who have died before they can be rescued due to neglect and abuse by humans! So yes, this advert will offend animal lovers! Maybe you need to look at yourself if you find this funny... because you clearly don't have enough compassion inside you to care for a species other than your own. And that makes you pretty empty and pathetic in my opinion!!

I am on his side anyway, this advert is in poor taste, offensive and just not funny, plus my mother worked in the RSPCA and she could tell you some real horror stories, I am telling you, she was not laughing her head off at stuffing dogs into body bags, having a collie being brought in after having hot chip pan fat poured all over her and dogs having cigarettes stubbed out onto them.
