Organic Chemistry on Khan Academy: Carbon can form covalent bonds with itself and other elements to create a mind-boggling array of structures. In organic chemistry, we will learn about the reactions chemists use to synthesize crazy carbon based structures, as well as the analytical methods to characterize them. We will also think about how those reactions are occurring on a molecular level with reaction mechanisms. Simply put, organic chemistry is like building with molecular Legos. Let's make some beautiful organic molecules!
About Khan Academy: Khan Academy offers practice exercises, instructional videos, and a personalized learning dashboard that empower learners to study at their own pace in and outside of the classroom. We tackle math, science, computer programming, history, art history, economics, and more. Our math missions guide learners from kindergarten to calculus using state-of-the-art, adaptive technology that identifies strengths and learning gaps. We've also partnered with institutions like NASA, The Museum of Modern Art, The California Academy of Sciences, and MIT to offer specialized content.

I imagine him doing videos with a cape blowing in the wind, because you sir are a chemistry hero.
Omg, I literally watched hundreds of videos on this and this video is the only one I understood! Thanks buddy. Subscribed!
I legitimately love you guys
THIS IS AWESOME THANKS!
Great video! Very clear explanations!
Perfect explanation. Thank you.
Thanks! This helped so much

Where I HAVE TO get model?
Beautifully and yet very simply explained.... Lucky are the students who might be learning under you Sir in person ... You remind me of Jitu Bhaiya of Kota Factory .... Please keep more videos on various topics of Chemistry especially topics required for competitive exams such as JAM, NET, GATE ...
❤🎉
My chemistry teacher was a joke. If I had this type of instruction I’d probably have become a chemist.
how to got the toys of organic compounds
This is a nice video but: 1. Stereoisomerism requires a tetravalent atom which is bonded to four different atoms or group; this is the central chiral atom and it is usually carbon or nitrogen atom. 2. Enantiomers have only one chiral atom while diastereoisomers have more than one chiral centers.

+Hatem Elsharawi 1 is correct, but 2 is not. Consider 1,2-dichlorocyclopentane. Enantiomers CAN contain more than one chiral atom.
another Proof that college is a waste of money.
can you please tell us your name so i can search for a picture of you that i can kiss before going to bed every night ?
