I'm not quite sure what you mean by this, could you expand on this and elaborate a bit more on what you're trying to do?

and my other question is that does it work for the play store clints or no

If you're referring to the Microsoft Remote Desktop app in the Android Play store, yes, it should work, provided you're on the same LAN.
