If this doesn’t work and you’re still not getting a good foam or getting dribbling solution, you could try the following which worked for me. This is not in the manual but it worked for me, lol. (I did a whole tear down that didn’t solve the problem before thinking to try this.) I used a can of compressed air, the kind you would use to clean a dust out of a keyboard to flush the system. If your straw is not clogged, pull it off the housing and put the tip of the compressed air can to the intake opening, trying to create a good seal and give it a couple short bursts. Then follow up with just the water flush. It should break up/force out whatever residue is clogging your system.

What kind of liquid soap is used to make foam? I have this dispenser but don't make foam!😮
