Don't feel too bad Dr. Stark. I didn't watch Empire at all. Then I started watching clips on KZread and I have to say that I now feel EMBARRASSED -- Truly Embarrassed -- that I've been missing this all this time. I had no idea it was sooo good!!!

Deaf are very expressive with their faces, so u can tell that Grace learned that. My sister is deaf and people can't handle their ways of expression. I grew up with a deaf sister, so I was naturally in-tuned with her. Grace is fine though.

Because hearing-impaired also encompasses people who are not completely deaf. Some people can have one ear that's completely deaf or partial hearing loss.

having been involved in the deaf community for almost 10 years, they hate the term hearing impaired. it's symbolizes something is wrong with them just because they can't hear. those that are hard of hearing, it really just depends on the individual. some hard of hearing prefer to be called deaf and some will correct you and say they are HH. if you ever meet a deaf person, just keep in mind that they are capable of doing anything a hearing person can do except hear. and don't ever ask if they know how to read braille! they get asked that all the time. they are deaf not blind!

Olurazhidaan Mbotu-Mitchell not really. it's an actual fact that deaf drivers are better than those that hear. one of my friends (who is deaf) was driving and before the siren of a firetruck came on she pulled over. why did you pull over? she pointed in the rear mirror that the fire truck was approaching in the distance and they turned on their lights. secs later the siren turned on.
