Your videos are of great help... honestly i just watched your videos for my sem exams and it went very good.. you are a great teacher.. .. honestly it's only your videos which helped me as i could not get to other teachers though they r good too but not as good as you.. Thank you so much for making studies easy.... continue making videos like this only their are a lot of people like me who study one night before the exams... And very importantly ur teaching made me intrested in the subject...

sir, VRS se organization ko kya benefit hota hai ? jaise employees ko to rest of the year ki salary with incentive mil jati hai.

VRS allows companies to retire old employees and give chance to new employee who adapt to changes quickly and make organisation more effective.. like banking did
