YESSS!!! And the look on his face was priceless! I absolutely LOVE that scene! Merlin had no magic and still stood tall and bravely confronted Morgana. "I see you Morgana. Why do you hide? Still afraid of me? FACE ME!" ❤❤❤❤❤ Even in the end with Morgana, Merlin was calm yet determined to end her wrath. No angry outbursts or threats, simply: "I've blamed myself for what you've become, but this has to end." Even when she said no mortal blade could kill her, Merlin runs her through BEFORE telling her that it was no mortal blade. I loved the way he ended it, making sure she wouldn't survive, then gently placing her on the ground with those final words... "Goodbye Morgana." I was so moved in that moment and so proud of Merlin for handling it the way he did. He was never consumed by hate, and he never will be! GAH!!! I love this series so so much!!

Wow! I'd say that surprises me, but I'd expect nothing less from Colin. He has an amazing work ethic and really gets to know his characters in any way he can... even if its an impromptu interview with officers on duty! He did that in preparation for his role in the series The Fall. I'm consistently impressed by his devotion to each one of his roles, as well as his passion for acting, and truly attempting to become the character he's trying to portray. I also heard that Merlin's rant to Gaius was completely improvised by Colin. He truly is amazing! It's stories like this that make me love him all the more! ❤❤❤

I love the amazing bond between Merlin and Arthur, but it shattered my heart to watch Arthur die and feel the hurt that Merlin displayed when he lost his best friend. You may have already seen this, but if you haven't, it's definitely worth watching... This edit, that’s all I can say. All Merlin fans needs to see this. Absolutely breathtaking taking and the ending was beautiful. The transitions were breathe taking.
