• Summary:
The listener is encouraged to vent their emotions and let go of bottled-up feelings. He emphasizes the importance of giving emotions a place and not suppressing them, as this can lead to increased pressure and potential negative effects. The listener is provided with various methods of venting, such as creating art or simply allowing themselves to relax and be inspired by his words. He emphasizes that it is okay to choose when to feel emotions but also highlights the importance of not postponing this indefinitely. The file encourages the listener to open the door to their emotions and release them in a safe and conscious manner. It is emphasized that all emotions are natural and can be useful in guiding and protecting oneself. The listener is reminded to forgive themselves and grow from their experiences. The file ends by giving the listener a choice to remain in a trance and vent their emotions or to be awake during the process. Overall, the file promotes the idea of embracing and releasing emotions in order to find healing and personal growth.

This is perfect! As a young girl, I have my fair share of breakdowns, even when we weren't in quarantine. I've been blowing up on my family for no reason at all! This has helped me calm down and not kill my sister. Sometimes when I listen to this, I cry, or ball up my fists. After, I feel soooo relaxed and calm. Thanks Nimja! I hope your doing good during this whole mess! 😊

Thank you so much for this. During this time of quarantine I never realized how much emotion I was bottling up and this file really helped me cope with those emotions. After listening to this it felt like a weight had been lifted off of my back, so thank you. I know I will listen to this again when I need to vent and I want to do it privately.

I am having a difficult time with this quarntine which has so totally disrupted my life, not even allowing me to properly celebrate my birthday. At times the frustration becomes so great, I just cannot hold back my emotions. Your hypnotic videos are a great relief to me. I am finding this one especially helpful,so I wanted to thank you.

While listening to this I realized: The crying itself is not bad. What is bad is what makes me cry. Crying releases some of your pain or even all of it. Crying is just like laughing, is going. The only difference is that, when you laugh you are releasing happiness and when you cry, you release sadness. I do not understand, why people think crying makes us weak.

as soon as I heard "unbottle your emotions and let your body feel them" I got stuck on between just cry out the pain or just try and find something else because before hearing this I had a memory when I was in high school and had such hate towards those irritating immature kids on my class group and how much I hated them for being too annoying and still wishing to let go that anger but I can't run away from it, and the fact that I still want a girlfriend but can't find the one because the other girls don't interest me so literally don't even know what to do with this feelings because I don't know to who ask for guidance on how to finally move one from those feelings I genuinely just feel like an alien on where I live so literally can't stop feeling this feelings

wow i felt thing that i tought that had never affected me, and for all of the build up in that bottle from 7 years has finally spill out not fully but just enough to relax me. This really helped me, expesially sine i have to go somewhere which wasone of the biggest places that has all the build up in a couple of days. Though imjust wondering was it okay to litterly have a full on mental and pysical breakdown within the first maybe 5 minutes of this??? I also hope that during the hard time of when you posted this 2 years ago that you were also safe and happy.
