Wish you would make all this information available on a 12 yr old maturity level - where most newly sober or dry alcoholics find themselves. My guy would never get thru the 1st few minutes…

I needed to hear this in my second stage of recovery. That's where I'm now struggling with and this information is crucial for me. Thank you. I'm going to be listening to this every single day and apply it and change and not allowed false self to dominate me so I can have a balance truthful honest life and be okay with who I am because I went through the same exactly as Bill Wilson of the 60-17 years. Thank God I never realized emotional society hip the concrete, depression and anxiety. Now I know why and I burned out because I've been giving myself and pretending who are I want to the society to have me is because I never ever went back really truly and the remind myself about the childhood, the trauma which I worked on it but to do again that reminder and to know why am I doing it and what needs to wake up again. I guess like you said that fall asleep spiritual, I'm awake. Thank you ❣️

I learned things I needed realize by watching this and will continue watching it over and over again. I've been struggling with my life circumstances. A lot resonated with my emotional sobriety path. I do not have independence and lost my sense of self by the anxiety of abandonment. Like you said, I'm already dead and this encourages me to wake up. I pray to wake up even though I'm not a praying person and I realize its everything to wake up.

You explain important content very clearly and I am grateful for your sharing. This series will help me get through and past the roadblocks I face. I’m so glad I found this channel!
