In any healthy relationship, be it a friend or a partner, it is always important to be able to depend on the other person. Ideally, you can count on your partner to carry out a life project or simply to be heard if you have had a bad day.
But sometimes, people can become overly dependent. One person can begin to depend on the other for all things related to their emotional health, including their identity. In these cases we can ask ourselves whether or not it is an emotional codependency.
The first step in overcoming a codependent relationship is to identify if it is indeed emotional codependency or a healthy dependency for the relationship.

    Echo en falta una definición clara y precisa de qué es la codependencia y la dependencia emocional junto con algunos ejemplos diferenciadores. Por cierto la música es un elementos distractor. Gracias.

    Ser dependiente es "te necesito" y ser codependiente es "necesito que me necesites" eso es lo que vi en instagram sobre el tema y me pareció lo más resumido para entender yo soy codependiente. Saludos
