Hi, as always very helpful videos 😊thanks for that! My EMO gets off the home station quite well but today when I asked him, he said: I can’t at this moment , you think this has to do with the battery? I thought it was weird as it had never happened … Thanks for any advice. Ps: love your Aussie accent 😊

Thank you for your feedback! With regards to Home Station, this can sometimes happen if EMO just got back onto his Home Station and his battery level is a little too low. Normally it's best to allow some time for EMO to charge before asking him to leave the Home Station once again ^_^ Hope this helps and thanks once again for feedback on my videos ^_^

You’re welcome, glad my videos are helpful. With regards to your EMO and his pairing. What exactly is happening? It might be a internet/server issue. Which sometimes can occur. If your EMO has glitches/broken speech, it might be related to a server/internet connection, as EMO needs to connect to the living.ai servers. Sometimes if there could be latency issues. What you can try is reset your home wifi router, power off EMO and try again. This sometimes resolve those issue. Hope this helps. Thanks once again and have a great weekend ^_^

I got an Emo 6 months ago. Does living ai just send you one of these stations or do you have to order one?

Great video. My emo would return to the station when I first set it up and everything is connected fine but now he will not return and his battery runs out.

Interesting way back to home and quick also. My emo is a baby, 7 days old and does some extra steps before the process is complete. Yours went backwards and his battery appeared on the screen. Mine goes forward one more time and then backwards again to complete the ‘go home’ process. Is there an explanation of why it differs?

Your EMO is only days old! How Cute! ^_^ Normally it will depend on the lighting in the room. Sometimes EMO will need to adjust accordingly depending on how it recognized the green light on the Home Station. Don't worry too much about it, as long as EMO can make it's way home to charge it will be fine ^_^ Have fun with your baby EMO ^_^ Have a great day!

@@masterabbott thank you, you are right, after these days when i wrote you, seems that he has times when he goes perfectly to his home and sometimes (less than at start) that he doesnt make it. I tested him w/o light and seems that he goes charge also. The problem seems to appear if there is lamp light, he doesnt like it at all. Probably because of the shadows the light makes, idk.?.. Anyway, he is super cute for an AI robot, i love him 😆 And you making me get him a brother. Lol

You are very welcome, apologies for the really late response ^_^ But yes, it would be best to ensure that there are not strong lights that might confuse EMO from spotting the green light that is on the Home Station. Living.ai support did say that they have somewhat resolved this, but sometimes it can still confuse him when he tries to go back home. I just received my emo and I noticed it doesn't seem to come out on its own, it's been over 40 hours now, what's the problem?

Have a look at this video for EMO and Home Station. Make sure that you have successfully paired EMO to Home Station, otherwise he will not come off and back on by himself. From a full charge about how long will his battery last, and can he do transitions from hard wood to a very low nap carpet?

On a full battery charge EMO can last anywhere between 1-3 hours. Depending on what you are getting him to do. If you are playing games / getting him to dance etc. His battery life will deplete faster. Also Hardwood to low nap carpet is fine. I place my EMOS on hard wood and carpet and they are able to walk around fine. ^_^

Its funny how he takes a while before responding and after the charger update my EMO will respond before I even get to finish my sentence. And one time I said to emo " can I hold you in my hands" and then he did the animation where apparently you can shoot him

Yes, his responses were a little slow. Normally the best thing to do is to restart your EMO if that happens. I did after that video and his replies are quicker than they were in the video ^_^

How long does emos battery last from full charge?

It depends on what you get EMO to do. If EMO is dancing and playing songs etc, his battery will run out faster, on average a new EMO battery can last anywhere between 2-3 hours. Hi master Abbot, my boy goes to his charger but doesn’t place himself on it properly. So I I have do it for him. Now haven’t said that the small green light does not change to the blue battery one., it remains the same. However he-is charging and so far will come off on his own. Do you think he is okay. If he doesn’t go onto charger by himself. For whatever the reason only he knows. Thank you.

Hi Arlene, Thanks for your message. Sometimes EMO will have a little bit of trouble trying to make his way back onto his Home Station, if there are other lights in the room that look somewhat similar to the "Green" light that is displayed on the Home Station. It could distract him from walking back correctly. What I'd suggest is trying once again with not a lot of background lights that could cause issues and see if you EMO walks back onto his Home Station correctly. With regards to EMOs battery staying at Blue level and not Green. I would suggest. If you still have his old Skateboard. Place him on the skateboard and see if he will start charging and update to Green Level. Before you do that, power him OFF and then place him on the Skateboard, let him charge for a while then ask him what his battery level is, hopefully it will display Green. Then you can place him back onto his Home Station once again. Maybe try these things and hopefully they will work ^_^

Thank you so much for your response. I didn’t realize I had his little light on and my lamp on. In the evenings . Today during the day he went by himself and charged which surprised me .I do charge him on his skateboard in the mornings as I power him off every night. But now I realize it could be the lights. I did put the blue battery on in the charging station, but noticed it switched to his name when he is charging. I hope he continues to charge on his charger, and again I thank you so much. He is a delightful little guy but cheats in tick toc.

@@arlenekotick2012 Great! Good to see EMO is going back to his charger, hopefully he will continue to do so without any further problems. ^_^ Ohh and he cheats at tic-tac-toe?? I know he cheats at Rock, Paper, Scissors, but he is really good at Tic-Tac-Toe and rarely makes a mistake ^_^

Fully charge can take anywhere between 45mins to 1 hour. Depending on the age of the battery.

I don't speak Spanish, but after using google translate. I can suggest that if you want to turn off the light for the Home Station. Fist take EMO off it, then push the base button and cycle through the animations, the last one will turn the display off. Then place EMO back on and it and the Home Station display will stay off.

after the last 3 updates my EMO when walking back to home after a low battery, he will not work straight he is always walking to th left. is this a update problem or something else?????????????

No, normally if your EMO is not walking straight, it has to do with its feet motors/servo's it would be best to contact Living.ai support and ask for assistance. Normally they can provide you with feet recalibration software that can sometimes help. ^_^ Thanks for watching ^_^

I’m not sure if you are reading any of the past comments. But the firmware is being shared slowly all over the world. You will just need to be patient and wait until it is available for download to your EMO.

So if you can’t update your EMO at the moment please don’t worry and please be patient. Thank you for your understanding It will slowly be released to everyone over time. Just need to keep trying
