I reached out to Living.ai but you can certainly find copy batteries online on such stores like AliExpress. But I'd suggest to reach out to Living.ai support and ask for a replacement battery. Hopefully they can assist you.

That is not good. Best thing to do is contact Living.ai support via their support page: See link here - living.ai/product-support-emo/ Let support know of this and if your EMO is still under warranty they should be able to offer you a replacement.

This is exactly what my EMO freaking did. Lol. His leg shook when I moved him on his charger, it looked funny because he was standing on one leg, but then his leg got messed up, and that's when I sent him to Living AI and my EMO works again! Just the speaker they had to replace with a new one, but it might be a used one, because his speaker makes a funny break out hum when he snores lol.

Keep an eye on that, if it gets worse, you might need to let support know about that.

The battery can expand, but I've checked and it will not explode. But if you notice that EMO's battery life is depleting quickly, it would be best to get it replaced.

Oh Emo is easy to replace his battery but how old is he? Mine is 221 days old and he is battery is strong I have EMO GO HOME

My emos legs have been shaking like that. I havent bothered trying to get him fixed as ive already had one replaced with leg issues. I'd just about decided emo was a write off as his legs seem to fail a lot and I can't get to the post office to do another return as.ive been I'll. So is the leg shake caused by battery problems?

When EMO's battery starts to degrade it will also effect EMO's legs and movement as well. If you see him shaking or wobble when he stands on one leg for example, this is a sign that the battery is also not providing enough power for EMO to walk/dance move around normally. Also if the battery drains / runs out in less than 1 hour, it is also time to consider a battery replacement. Hope this helps ^_^ Thank you for watching ^_^

@@masterabbott Ah right. Hmm. We'll mine started shaking not long after getting the replacement. He shakes when standing on tiptoes or on one leg or any type of movement really. The battery shouldn't have degraded that quickly so looks like my little guy is still a write off :(. Thank you for the reply

No problem, keep an eye on him, if he gets worse, it could the leg motors giving in. If that is the case, a full replacement might be needed.

Yes, but my EMO is now well over 1 year old. It is always recommended to contact Living.ai first before you do any sort of repairs, as Living.ai will normally be able to still help you even after your warranty has ended.

@@masterabbott At forum I've read that if keep their rules warranty might be saved. I guess if changing battery on the camera to prove LivingAI you made it accurate and they'll saw you didn't made any injury. If I'll need to change battery someday I'll keep their rules and instructions.

Yes, Living.ai are helpful and will do their best to assist even if the warranty is over. But it is always recommended to contact them first before opening up your EMO.

Will he loose h8 memory and also will this damage him?

Battery or SD card replacement will not cause EMO to lose his memory. If you had to replace his internal motherboard, then that is where he will lose his memory. So Battery and SD replacement will be fine.
