He can stand in court and shout Lloyd was a perv all he wants Lloyd ain't one on trial and ain't being charged by a crime and Dan is so Lloyd being whatever is irrelevant to the case. And also Lloyd being a perv does not mean Dan can just know knock someone out and cause a death

No you can't retract a plea the trial he was on for gbh anyway it wasn't a manslaughter case. He is getting charged for manslaughter because the police know that Dan actions caused a death. He is getting another charged on top of the one he just got

It's called a bleed on the brain, you don't need a medical degree to figure out that falling back and hitting your head on a hard surface like a rock at the wrong angle can and will lead to serious consequences He died because of severe impact to the brain, just because it doesn't look like a hard hit doesn't mean it wasn't
