Emma Hayes seems to have lost her positivity for Chelsea and possibly can't wait to be in the USA. this filters down to the squad and will have a negative impact on them. It is quite possible tha tEmma going now is a good thing for Chelsea but a sad exit for her. Disappointed with her at present 😞

She seems really down in this presser. I lost some respect for her after what she said about Jonas, but I hate seeing her like this. I prefer her rambunctious - it's like she's out of energy and positivity.

It’s been a very long and tough season. I can understand how she feels like all she can do is leave it to the players now. She’s leaving and it’s like preparing the club as best as she can. It’s bigger than the next game. It’s leaving a legacy and that’s a totally different energy.
