The IMF n World bank offer debt trap long long b4 China. Poor African nations pay higher interest rate while the rich west nations pay ZERO interest rate. That's how the west keeps Africa poor!!! Because Professor Sachs is one of the few people who has courage and a good " Brain ".

For this man to be still alive is amazing, because wow he doesn't give imperialism a chance.

When China is investing in Africa, Europe and the USA is crying about debt trap. Meanwhile the imf is lending money to Africa with high interest and they know that Africans can never pay back the loan. In 1980s there are foundations in the Netherlands collecting money to help Africa, 30 years later Africa is still poor. This means there are no money going to Africa, but in their own pocket.

It's like what they do for the poor here, have multi billion dollar budgets that go for salaries and material things like rent on infrastructure and advertising. Make work projects to justify their existence doing little to help people in need.

Totally agree. China lends money with low interest and sometimes give the money as goodwill or delay payment AND China brings knowledge and factories to Africa While de west only send aids, take resources, create chaos, change regime, etc many dirty things

I'm amazed at how consistently this guy is factually and morally on point. I saw him first speaking out against the ops against Syria, then about the coverup of the source of COVID, then the Ukraine issue (back in 2014), and now I see he's once again speaking up for a noble cause.

This man is brilliant and he tells the truth. Unfortunately the truth is not profitable.

Precisely. One of the best kept secrets of who helped financed the wars of Europe, colonialism, slavery, and global mineral extraction in it's infancy is the Holy Roman Catholic Church.
