Eminem - Believe You will feel motivated

We have an official name for EMINEM’s new album. It’s called The Death Of Slim Shady and he posted a reveal trailer for it. It’s coming out this summer and that’s all we know about it so far.

Nahh, I disagree. It ranks at the bottom of his catalog fs. It definitely had some really good songs like believe, castle & arose, walk on water and nowhere fast, however, the album failed to deliver as a whole. It's lows were the lowest in ems career.

@@tarun_313 respecting what your saying, it is just my personal taste. I’m from Middle East and English is not my first language. But still, in my opinion revival while it didn’t deliver as whole as you mentioned it did show that the artist have a message to deliver.. thanks 🙏

It's so crazy and kinda cruel that exactly this song got that much backlash, since like you said it feels he really show a vulnerable side. This song resonates so hard with me that my bachelor thesis was about comparing this music video with the music video of My Name Is. I also really like his response to all the backlash with the song Chloraseptic Remix (and the album Kamikaze). The statue is probably meant to be a statue of him and his fame/skill while in the video they used the hood of a Ford Pickup truck.

Eminem - Darkness

This is the first track of the album. The ending line continues in the next track "Believe", which is a bar heavy inspirational masterpiece. He tries so many new flows in it. Do try doing it next 👍. Great reaction, happy you got his message. I still can't believe people thought him exposing his vulnerabilities with 100% honesty, as weak.

One of Eminem's most emotional songs. Like Mockingbird and Dark Magic.

This is just my opinion but I don't think you're a real fan of any musician/artist if you can't accept when they do something different, I have been a fan of EM for ever and I've seen his style change so many times, and sure sometimes it's a shock but it's always been positive. This song is great and no I don't entirely get the meaning behind all of it's imagery, but I love the end, it's such a great bit, telling the world he dones't GAF if they like him or not.

To me under the veil was inspiration, confidence or talent, or his true self because as soon he discovers he start to really write words. Like it's ok to feel that way but at the end, he got it, and he's gonna be all right.

Revival is one of the most prominent albums in Em's career. He initially planned of retiring, but he wanted to continue his carrer with this album. He tries so many new flows like the choppy flow, uses sounds like the newer generation high pitch voice lines. In my opinion, the best of Eminem can only be witnessed in the last four albums: Revival (2017) Kamikaze (2018) Music to be murdered by Side A (2020) Music to be murdered by Side B (2020) And by saying best, I mean he has god level rhyme schemes, flow switches, wordplay, double and triple and quadruple entendres, unmatched to none. One can see such developments in Revival album. It is a politically controversial and emotionally attachable album. People misunderstood his message and brutally trashed the album, which pissed him to diss more than 150 people in Kamikaze. The common critics are: 1. Poor beat selection and non-suiting production, disturbing the incredible lyrics and reducing the value of the song, for some critics 2. Political opinion against the republican party, name-calling leaders, which sounded woke for some people 3. Most tracks having emotional drama in them felt repetitive and were taken as a chance for the haters to dump him as a crying unbrave person, which is absolutely wrong and baseless. 4. The track positioning and the length of the album plays tricks in the mind. I swear if you hear the entire album once, you would trash it. But, if you hear it track by track in a random order, it feels like a great album. I don't know what kind of a magic that is.

this song is one of Eminem's best. I highly recommend "Believe" from the same album. i can't wait for his new album coming out this summer.

It’s him under the covers as a huge statue, because even though he’s being vulnerable and lacking self esteem he still sees he’s a god

Nah, the statue represents his masterpiece Stan imo. He uncovers that fact/reminds himself of it and regains his confidence

​@@DaP84agreed, I think it's very intentional that he unwraps that huge thing at the same time as we're seeing Stan being written at one of the typewriters. To me, all the versions of him typing away represents the effort he's putting in, and how sometimes amongst all this effort, a masterpiece like Stan emerges. Him walking on the ice was the journey of that one version of him at the typewriter exploring new horizons and "discovering" Stan.

Did you listen to Eminem Stronger than i was yet? He is singing there for 90% of that song.

I don't know how he feels, but i always felt sad that this was the album he got so much hate for. This song, Arose, and even Believe, he puts so much introspection and vulnerability only for people to clown on

Glad you like Eminem's music if you really think about some of his kick ass lyrics he tells the honest truth to his real life the pains and drugs was the sadness in himself of the bad addiction he had and knew he needed help! Eminem tells a story. You should listen to his songs in order to get the story. You can't jump from 1997 to 2018 like the songs came out the same year. You should start with "rock bottom" "kill you" "white america". Stuff from early 2000

People didnt like it cause they forget he can be very political and he absolutely hates Trump. I loved Revival. It's one of my favorites. Nowhere Fast and Like Home are my favorites. Kehlani is on Nowhere Fast and Like Home is Alicia Keys
