Lucas Bravo burst onto our Netflix screens as Gabriel in the hit show, Emily In Paris but it came after a decade working around the clock in restaurants and not getting a break. As Lucas discusses in the podcast, the overnight fame coupled with his imposter syndrome made him feel 'illegitimate.'
Lucas also opens up about how 'low' he got before he took a trip to Alaska where he lived alone out of a bus which changed his mental health forever and also talks about how his relationship with his body image after becoming a 'heartthrob' has changed.

gosh i wanna hug him so bad and tell him that he's been working really hard and he succeeded, even if he thinks that it's not enough yet. i'm very proud of him. he got a big heart & kind soul, he deserves all the best things life has to offer🥺 i love you lucas.

I love Lucas Bravo so much! You can see his beautiful soul through his eyes... He's so handsome, yet humble and you can see and feeling is kind energy... I wish him all the best life has to offer and I can't wait till season 3! Emily belongs with him for sure!

I so agree, we can just tell that he is such a kind person just by looking at it. I wish there were more people like him on the planet instead of so many mean bullying people who are so many in number

Lucas is very insightful and articulate. I'm very impressed.
He's so sweet and humble, I've watched the full podcast episode several times already,and every time there's something new to me, so much to learn!, I cannot imagine someone this beautiful and smart struggling, he really melts my heart. I wish he knew he has won millions of people's hearts because of those sweet eyes and warm heart. I love you Lucas! Thanks a lot for this magnificent episode Josh, you're great at what you do!

The first time I saw him, when he opened the door in EIP, I actually did lose my breath.
He is such a real human and amazing man. I hope him and Emily are given the opportunity to live their li e and end up together! They make a gorgeous couple❤️

Very profound guy!!! I find most French people to be like him. I mean the real french more intellectual more sensitive about the things that matter in life… In america it is almost impossible to meet someone and have a real conversation!! That’s why france is my country at heart!! I connect with their way of thinking and Thank God they are the way they are… I hope that they continue with their authenticity…Many countries people are losing their roots and their sense of self… So refreshing to know that some people keep it real!! Great interview 👏🏻👏🏻

Interesting hearing men talk about objectification. Women go through it all of the time. Teen idols are objectified but seem to go along with it. Whereas, I think that is what Brad Pitt went through as an actor and took on roles that deterred from his looks, like 12 Monkeys, Kalifornia, Fight Club. Lucas seems very humble, grounded, and articulate.
I think his blood type is AB😂😅

he described that experience and that sounded terrible :))) -30 degrees and sleepless night trying to keep himself warm, 45 minutes for water extraction, etc.. He is a legend!
