This video was representing development by looking on tall building not on how the people live. Yes, india' s cities are growing (pollution also too) but the benefits are only getting for rich class (which are too minority in india). And the after effect of these urbanisation is the death of our environment and wild lives. our governments are focusing upon urbanisation and construction (which they used to believe as development) and not in a way of sustainable development which gradually destroys our ecosystem which feeds and sustains us. Breathing the air of our capital city is equal to smoke a cigarette. Majority of Indian are still facing unemployment, poverty, pollution, injustice, inequality and violences in the name of religion, caste and even on their eating habits. Still Indians are not happy to stand in a single identity "indian", instead they are standing in different identities of religion, caste, region etc. We are believing that we are developing even though we don't have a unity among us and equal access to the benefits of so called development. We Indians are blindly beleaving their political and religious leaders while corporates are destroying our sustainability.

And speaking about greenary, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Delhi have more trees than Pune and main thing is their public transportation is best all have metros.

Problem with India and our Indians is that nothing is done with perfection or best standard in mind. Just take one small example, these days there is a trend of putting tiles on the streets, instead of concrete roads etc. Those tiles are just laid on the roads with no care for perfection. After a few months those tiles begin to dislodge and are strewn around. As a result India's infrastructure always looks hellish and sidewalks and streets look dilapidated and falling apart, as if someone has bombed that place. Millions are spent on the roads and streets every year which could be used for other development. Whereas in other countries, once road or tiles are laid on the road, they last for years and always look neat and clean. There are tons of other things where this issue of lack of perfection or high standard reflects in its own way and thus keep India look ugly all the time....

The tiles are properly put up but it's the sheering amount of people that travel on these that they get worn down so quick. Western countries have far less population.

@@notsoclearsky I agree that tiles take the brunt of overpopulation as well. But I have personally seen how poorly the tiles are laid and not secured or plastered well on the edges from where they begin to dislodge. Finishing of tiles laying is not done with perfection. Perfection in doing anything is not the standard of Indians. There are tons of examples I can give. Roads and sidewalks are constructed poorly, that is why they last only six months. Elevated roads are built, but below the elevated roads around the pillars, area remains unpaved, or no beautification of that part either with greenery or something else. People make the those places of dumping garbage and cows and other wild animals roam around feely under the bridge. Western people use full dedication toward their work and do it with perfection. That is why everything looks perfect. Even in cleaning rooms and buildings they use perfection as their standard. Whereas, in India we do cleaning for namesake, not with perfection. The day we adopt perfection as standard, we will begin to improve...

@@sunnysahota09 that's a money problem actually. Money speaks. The projects in India are made with a fraction of money of the projects built anywhere else. That's why the builders suffer fund crunch. Leave extras (beautification and all) they even risk not having enough money to complete the project itself.

@@notsoclearsky That is not builder's problem, government's problem. Why government has to approve a bigger project, if it doesn't have sufficient funds for it? Do a smaller project but do it with perfection. Gradually, everything would begin to look perfect. But, wasting billions of rupees every year, trying to build the same thing over and over again, is simply nonsensical. Jitni chaadar utna pair passarna chahiye...Moreover, trust me, funds are not really the issue, it is the corruption. Everyone from top to bottom wants his share in any given project. That actually causes shortage of funds, not that the project is ill-planned all the time. However, ill-planning is also part of the problem. As perfection is not the standard of Indians....

@fawad khan The current govt. has pledged to ensure total coverage of sanitation by the next 3-4 yrs. Around 7 crores toilets have been constructed under the "Swachh Bharat" (Clean India) mission. Here is an article by a Pakistani newspaper - The Dawn on the scarcity of toilets in ur country : www.dawn.com/news/1168630 We don't live in denial about our sanitation issues & are at least working towards solving them.

@G Joeye and In BBC and CNN they show only slums...but not the richest temlpe in the world "Padmanabhaswami temple", Shillong, Kashmir (Switzerland of India) , western Ghats, Tallest Statue in the world, Biggest sculupture in the world , Hampi(mythic science), and many World Heritage sites ❤️

I really get angry and happy at the same time while watching these type of videos. I get angry becoz being an Indian this is my first time seeing such amazing world class buildings and modern look. And i get happy becoz this is My INDIA🇮🇳🇮🇳. Our media doesn't show these😡😡🤬. Thank god i stumbled upon this channel otherwise i would have died believing India doesn't have any modern looking cities

Most beautiful city is Gurugram. A perfectly plan city with huge development. More than 250 companies from fortune 500 are there in city of only 1.2 million population. None city have that in India. Esp Cyber city is a class. NCR region will be bigger than Mumbai soon. Next would be Noida, Mumbai, Kolkata & Banglore.

Yes i wanted to make but we are at present a small channel and can't afford the cost of travelling at present also I am bounded with my current job in my city. Once we reach 50K subs we will definitely visit and stay each and every city.

A great city.

I am indian but this is actually funny to see how you only covered the areas with tall buildings and metro running around. India is a big country no doubt about that,it takes time to build a nation and develop it. But the sad truth is we still lack in development, government is trying to make india clean and beautiful, but the people are illiterate here. People need to respect the country and stop littering around and spitting here and there. Still there are people in india who are shitting nearby streets. Population is on rise and government should implement a law of 1 or 2 child per couple. Poor people should work and make the cities beautiful by cleaning the roads and other useful labour stuff rather than begging on traffic lights or outside mandir. We are still way behind other countries development.

Our country certainly has problems just like other countries. We are working on it, poverty is declining, regarding population yes i too believe that it should be in control, but some research says indias fertility rate will decline from 2024 so population growth will be under control after 2024.
