Social services have previously checked them out. Where H$M were living (not in the photoshoot mansion!) had no trace of children living there, not even in the garbage! The NDAs are null and void if an illegal acts were committed, witnessed. I'm only not sure if that only applies when the authorities with the right jurisdiction approach the person who signed an NDA, or if that person can approach authorities on their own volition...

This is one of many reasons they wanted IPP status so badly. It's also why he wants to come back so badly.

I don't trust any of the Yorks. People say Beatrice doesn't appear to have done anything, but what's in the family, stays in the family. People need to realize that they love their dad and Fergie loves money. They don't like the fact Charles is the King, and feel their father should get some things back. In a way, i understand how you could be a little resentful, but he knew what he was doing. From what i have heard, PA is a nasty, arrogant, entitled type of person. Im not sure about Beatrice, but you can tell by photos that Eugenie does not like Catherine. No wonder she was so complicent in helping MM. She may still be in communication with them.

The FBI did interview Andrew and they did not have a case to charge him with anything. Andrew was investigated by Florida and New York police departments and they did not find anything they could charge him for.

Andrew was never charged, tried or convicted of any crime only accused. Investigations were held by two states and found there was no cause or reasons to move forward. It’s possible the queen paid her off just to shut her up. The queen was going through hell with her health and her husbands and her jubilee. She didn’t need the aggravation.
