What does the sine wave in THD look on these units?

Good thing you had a extra one. You might think about keeping some spare parts on hand,

I bought Mine about two years ago. $ 101.00 at auction It was missing the fuel gauge, the dip stick and batteries. The electric fuel pump was also bad. I replaced it with a mechanical one that bolts to side of the engine. They're pretty cheap about $ 40..00. Also had to have some new fuel lines made up to go to the pump. If you're thinking about doing this mod. You'll have to make a pump push rod. The pump is driven by a rod that runs off the cam. I made mine out of a bolt that I turned down the the right dia, and then cut it to length. You'll also have to mod the plate on the side of the engine to make room for the pump. The pump as a manual lever, so you can prime, and bleed before starting. Only had to do that on the first start up. I use as backup. Just replaced the batteries. They were 18 month batteries, and they lasted 18 months. I'm using the 51R car batteries.. I'm still waiting for an MEP-803a to come for auction. The Mep-802a will just handle the load. If I wait to run the drier. I have to turn everything off except the drier. I also have a 25 KW Denyo, but it burns to much fuel.

Hello I watched your other video on tan 802 . Are you going to fix it ? There’s parts available. I’m looking at purchasing a 802a with 125 hours 2009 year. No resets. It’s a private owner selling. It’s very clean. He is asking $3500. I can’t do the auction. I would hate to put that kind of money out and something like this happens and not be able to get parts. I’m supposed to see it tomorrow it’s 3 hours away. These units getting hard to find cheaper unless it’s high hours , damage and farther away. I think a nice running 802 unit will always keep good value at resale. Nice video Thanks for opinion.

I'm blown away that you put ~3800 hours on your 802. Have you considered adding more solar and more storage so as to reduce your generator usage? Keep up the good work, your content is awesome!
