Emergency Broadcast System 2024 Custom Message
Once upon a time, the 'Emergency Broadcasting System' was used on television stations and radio to inform the public of any emergency notice that needed to be told. Today, it's known as the 'Emergency Alert System' (EAS).
For those that remember, the EBS was a notable occurrence on TV before EAS started in 1997.
Here is a 'KZread re-imagined' version of an EBS test message.

This sure brings back memories, especially around the time I watch cartoons on weekday afternoons. And this is way better than the the alert system of today. I prefer type of sound you hear when you spin certain yo-yos over the the one with the static like noises when the ticker was in display while interrupting our shows when they were aired. Nostalgic, but safe. Thanks, gman. 👍
back when they at least had an actual person announce that there was going to be a loud beep for a whole minute of our tv-watching time.
