It was so nice to meet you and all of the other members. Hopefully this video was able to make up (a little bit) for you missing it live Sunday.
I want to share my knowledge and experience to everyone in need of hearing this. I have discovered that the yogis of India developed a perfect system for obtaining mental health. The ultimate goal being for a person to release all hurtful emotions from the deepest recesses of the mind, while simultaneously accessing healing energy from the spirit. It comes down to creating a link to the real source of our being which is always pure and full of love. Most of the time we go through life unaware of this aspect of ourselves due to social and psychological conditioning. However, there is a very subtle attribute of our minds called the eternal witness or Chidakasha. With proper meditation this center can be activated, and gives you a perspective above and beyond what we normally feel. When this point of observation makes a deep connection to our deepest layers of the mind, an explosion of release and healing occur on such a profound level. What I have found is that it is a part of us that is separate from our ego minds, which works to try to always rationalize our most powerful traumas, that in turn, prevents their release.
Can’t wait for this. I need it more now than ever regarding mental health struggles ❤.

Definitely head to bed and you can catch up in the morning. Sleep is such an important factor for your mental and physical health and energy.
A fandom? Fans of what? Being miserable?

I’m sorry, are you so miserable that you have to bring that energy here?
