You are Doing It Man! Your motivation for me. Am 225 and doing a 3 day fast. And staring with all veggies and fruit more water. No soda or juice. I notice I can lose 10 lbs easy if I don't drink any or get junk food. But will need to start exercising after the fast. Something just clicked in my brain this week. That made me know that I have to do this now. I feel better and healthy when I take care of me. You keep moving forward, power though.

Honestly goggins has helped me out so much mentally, I wouldn’t be where I am without him and these videos. I couldn’t even do 5 mins of jogging when I started now I can do a trail by where I live which is 3 miles in under 20 mins. That was a big achievement for me, stay hard bro.

Keep it going man, you will eventually make it!!! Make sure you have the right habits to facilitate the process, which includes waking up early (you get less tempted by junk food), controlling your calorie intake, switching to high protein low carb diet & most importantly WORKING OUT (you grow muscles and have better metabolism). I personally lost 26lbs the last 6 months to the ideal BMI range and trust me losing weight will really turn your life around! You will feel more energetic, more optimistic and become more successful in all aspects of life! All the best!!!

@Smoking Crab hey man I notice how In your message you said you tried and DID all these things man, well you asked how it makes you feel better and it don’t because brother you’ve already implied you quit by saying you DID it not your STILL doing it the positivity comes from not seeing the results right off it comes from sufffering it comes from pushing through the fire that is doubt and your own thoughts all that well never fully leave but one day you’ll wake up and like in the mirror and see where you where and where you are at now and that fire will be a blaze that’ll burn until the end of time brother, keep pushing everything seems terrible right now but keep pushing stay obsessed with bettering yourself and just trying to be better than you where yesterday man it don’t matter in what field just come out of today better than you where yesterday and you’ll go far man, I’ll be sending my thoughts your way brother good luck

Regrettably, I discovered this feeling at 53 when I was 90lb overweight and seeing obvious symptoms of physical decline. A year and half later after adopting IF and a different attitude, I managed to win 2nd place in a 5K race in my age group with a VO2 Max of 50, up from 34. I was shocked how quickly my body responded. So obviously, it's all in your mind and attitude. Today, I run 5 and 10Ks daily and then do resistance training. My mind is much sharper and have somehow shifted from guilt and anger to humility and joy. I too do this all by myself.

Having to deal with a break up being dumped is the worst thing ever happened to me I'm day two and I'm so fucking broken At the same time it's giving me so much fucking energy man It's like I finally want to prove to myself that I'm not that bitch who gained 30 kg in almost three years of this relationship I don't want to do no fucking job that doesn't make me happy just because it's easier to do a 9-5, even though I feel miserable doing it because the check is coming at the end of the week Fuck that I lost 4 kg in two fucking days not eating, that's better than every diet I've ever tried And I'm so fucking pumped up, man, so fucking pumped up I Wake up at 5:30 because of anxiety, deal with my pain, get up and start to do pushups and it's so painful but gives me so much fucking energy man Enough with being a bitch, enough not being drive, enough overattachment to other people, I was born alone, I'll die alone, the only person I should care about is me, and I will Mark my words: I will, no matter how much failure I'll have to endure, no matter how much pain I will feel, I'm enjoying this fucking pain, I'm discovering so much about myself in these two days man Keep struggling, keep fighting man, I feel like I'm on the 20th round and got another punch straight in the jaw but I will not tap out You can call me Ali in this motherfucker, man I will not lose, and if I will then I will be happy nonetheless because I tried Stay hard everybody, it gets better, drive your sadness and your sorrows into positive energy And I know it's difficult, it will be difficult but it's possibile, find that drive every day by looking yourself in the mirror and saying "I will be better than yesterday" You got this man, we're a tribe, we're broken, we're sad, we indulge in overthinking but we got this 💪🏼 Edit: I lost 10 kilos, TEN FUCKING KILOS in three and a half weeks! I love hearing this man. I’ve gone through so many heartbreaks & disappointments, my heart feels heavy. I also have ADHD & can’t retain that much information, like Goggins said, I have to constantly review the same thing until it’s ingrained in my head . It’s gotten to the point that It’s made it hard for me to get up and work, I feel exhausted… but I hear this & it drives me to really process those emotions & get to work! I will change my mindset, my life! I will have a schedule ser & get things done 💪🏻😤

As an escape from his loneliness and I think life in general my dad focused on his work. My spring breaks, summers, holidays, any other time I wanted to hang out with my ole man I went to the jobsite that he was on. A jobsite was my jungle gym. I learned how to claim walls, build you an apartment complex from the ground up, and also that I don't ever want to be a workaholic. It leaves you wore slap out, robbed, and with pretty much nothing. That's some pay off.

Thank you for what you do in regards to building up your peers by always battling through whatever to stay hard in order to be the example of the difficult and consistent action that it truly takes to conquer our own minds by overcome one’s fears and preconceived assumptions about themselves that many let hold them back from being the best version of themselves! You’ve been a true blessing and source of inspiration for both my son and I in the battle to be best we can be and I appreciate you for that, brother. Stay Hard!

I weighed almost 300 pounds at one times.. 295. I went through so much in life. In and out of group homes. Lived with my father a good part of life. Went through getting beat with a cat of nine tails. My Mom was beat right in front of me. I WAS NOT A WORSHIPER OF GOD.. went through living with hells angels. Witnessed a lot through that. I almost killed myself at one of the group homes. So I was put in the sideward for 11 months. When I was in there I did an exeercizm with the preacher in there. Went back to the group homes to prove to them and my Mom. She was my guardian at the time. I made a court date and got my own guardian ship. So I got my own place and have been doing great. I thank God every day. For the love the strength and the wisdom and the second Chance he's given me.

There's a solid point about the music, especially when doing activities and tasks that are high resistance. Music has been a big mood influencer for many but once that's gone, you only have your mind. Transforming your mind and how it responds to struggle is critical for discipline.

whats crazy is i very rarely if ever felt alone for almost a decade of my life (23-33yo) i was alone excluding rarely seeing friends as they all slowly moved away/ we grew apart. i was getting high ALL THE TIME, watching porn, playing video games, eating crap. anything to further suppress those feelings. then i met a beautiful girl who by that point (32yo) i had LONGGG given up the idea of ever having someone/ something like that around me ever again. but i was so far removed from where i should have been she (rightfully) moved on. i was out of shape, still smoking pot, still watching porn -- im sure the image i was projecting was that of weakness. i cant blame her. now? 4 months later. im constantly feeling alone, im giving up pot, learning to quit porn, training as much as i can & learning to get outside & be grateful for the little things. while it still hurts losing this girl & it probably will for a while i will ALWAYS be grateful to this girl. she woke me up. from a long self-induced slumber. now if you dont mind i G2G, i got some SERIOUS ground to make up :) i wish you all way more than luck. God bless & see you at the top

A year passed and I was 300 pounds and I ended up calling 911 because I snapped my lower back and couldn't walk. I am now 250 and am still pushing myself to another level of a non carb diet and started hitting the gym. Nothing crazy. But pushing my level of eating to a whole other level. No bread, no coffee, no torillas or French fries or potatoes. Salads and yogurts lettuce wrapped burger if I'm craving a burger. Mostly chicken. Trying to be strictly greens. No breakfast, light lunch and a light dinner. Sleeping more has given me tons of energy that my coworkers don't like. I start my day by waking up at 1:45am to be at work from 3am to 11am. Work out, eat and call it the end of the day so I can get that proper rest to keep on grinding. I even caused work to not give me work because of my energy level. I still find things to do. You can stop me from moving. Thanks to David G's book and videos I finally have someone that I almost think like. Not worrying about what others think, being able to speak my mind and push these slow individuals. I'm stronger now at 50 than I was at 20. Keep it pushing! One love. God's love. Stay blessed everybody. Peace Out

My fiance left me after 7 years together. I've lost 60lbs in three months. I'm shooting for a total of 150lbs. I'm on track to lose 100lbs in two months, which means 100lbs total weight loss in 5 months doing strict clean keto, intermittent fasting, and working out 5 days a week. This man, along with Jocko, and Huberman have all helped me change my life. You can do it. You deserve it.
