I used to bite my nails, too! I finally stopped after having acrylic nails on for more than a month. I couldn't bite them even if I wanted to and it helped me to break the habit. I was sooooo bad & couldn't believe it broke the habit. I didn't even realize I had stopped until I broke a nail and had to trim my nails for the first time in many years! Heather xo

Just an idea for you if you prefer to keep appliance manuals, I keep mine with the warranty and receipt in a plastic sleeve in a folder. I have a couple of these folders, one for household items, eg fridge ,microwave, tv,washer, dryer etc and another folder for personal things like hairdryer, sewing machine, small kitchen appliances and so on. This way they are easy to find and don’t take up much space. Then yearly just go through the binder and check that you still have those things. Also handy if you decide to sell an appliance, all it’s paperwork is there to pass on to the new owner. Great video, so real, really appreciate that!

Don't be ashamed, you have kids. Its just me and my husband, all the kids are grown and gone. But I still have a mess most of the time. I have a craft room and its horrible 😩 there is so much I need to do. I haven't even taken down Christmas yet because I have to go through and find a a place for it all. I jumped in your video’s 5 months ago when you were 3 weeks post partum. I wrote a reaction but than I saw that you made more videos after that one, so my reaction is very dated. But here it is though. And Happy NewYear for all of you!! 🌟 Congratulations on the birth of your youngest. First of all, respect to you. 3 young children, 3 weeks after giving birth and already working so hard, a lot of bending and lifting! Think about your constitution! But you inspire me. I always cleaned up, but in no time it is messy again. I have always worked full time before my 2 children were born and from then on the youngest 6 years became full time again. All this time I've been busy moving and cleaning clutter. Everything was clean, but because of my busy job it was not organized. The living room and kitchen were tidy but everything was hidden in cupboards and drawers before I had guests. No one was allowed to enter the bedrooms or the garage. When you said that, I recognized that. Everyone was always welcome but I was so busy the days before they came. Or rather the evenings after work. And none of the guests was allowed to help me with anything afterwards, I was so afraid that they would open the refrigerator or cupboards. Or wanted to get me something from the garage, so during their presence I was always busy. And now I am retired since October and I find my way in organizing and tidying up and cleaning. The fog is slowly lifting. I even had guests again, so the top floor and bathroom and cupboards were cleaned up. I was so happy. And it felt so relaxed. but... it remains a work in progress! Thank you for your inspiration and enthusiasm! I have another small tip, maybe it will help you, because I see that you have a lot of work every day. I put all the dishes in the dishwasher without pre-rinsing. The large remains and bones are of course off, but nothing else. I learned that from the mechanic who repaired my dishwasher. It is even better and cleaner because then the enzymes in the detergent can do their job better. The first time it felt awkward and gross, but it was sparkling clean. So so nice, I never have dirty dishes in the sink or on the counter again. Try it once, you can always go back. (I live in Holland, it's common here.) Thanks again for your videos.

I tend to hang onto things, mostly because I suck at making decisions. I learned to keep boxes until the warranty expiration. I had to return something a few years ago and had thrown away the original packaging. It was a major hassle.

Great inspiration, all of the furniture in my house is white I love it, it is so calming.the white furniture with terracotta duvet cover sounds so nice, it will look amazing.

I usually put on your videos when I clean my bathroom & clean my floors. So I listen. When the music was different I thought I clicked on the wrong video! 😂 Anyone else?!? Also yes I keep them, and that makes me feel better to throw them away since I can find them online! Also I finally ordered some Amber bottles & the mr clean toilet cleaner kit. Loved them! I have used theives, but used cheap plastic bottles & they always break! 😵‍💫 Loved how good the Amber bottles spray & they feel so much more durable! Also loved the mr clean toilet cleaner! So glad I can throw out the toilet brush!

I just had my second baby a little over a month ago, my house looks exactly like this! I feel like I can’t keep up with the mess! I swear I’m cleaning everyday. I’m trying to tell myself that it will never be perfect

My husband and I are the same way, we keep almost everything in our night stand.

Your videos always inspire me! You are so relatable and you make me feel like I’m not alone in my mess! Do you have any daily cleaning things that you do to help keep the mess down? Or do you wait so that you have more content? I hope that didn’t sound rude! I certainly don’t mean it that way!

Loved your video, lots of motivation. I collect boxes & manuals too 🤣 always afraid I’m gonna need them. I am a dental hygiene student & fluoride is actually very good for teeth. Too much can be toxic but in small amounts it’s not bad & is huge in helping remineralization. Everyone has different opinions, just stating what I learned while in school.

I love the Acure brand! I have been using their ultra hydrating shampoo and conditioner. It smells amazing!

Omg Becky I was dying laughing I have those exact finger condoms for my little 4yr old boy. He bites his nails and the skin around his fingers SO BAD to where to bleed. The gloves helped and also I did order a nail polish off Amazon - he finally stopped. 🙌

My night stands have three drawers and I really really need to go through them. I keep manuals, and boxes too. I always think one day I will need them and will be mad i through them out. But you are right the info can be found online.

I’m like that with mail. I have 2 junk drawers filled with overflowing mail because I won’t have time to read them but am afraid they might have sensitive information. So I collect and collect 😂

I found a great lightweight duvet cover on amazon, the lightweight one is so much easier to wash and put on. You should paint you furniture and save ton's of money!

A good way to save money is to paint your bedroom furniture and replace the handles. Maybe white or even light gray might look good. ♥️👍🏼

Me: Our bedroom furniture... was originally my husband's grandparents's... the bed is probably like 50, definitely older than me... 🤣 Sorry I just found this funny, but not in a bad way... just that different people see thinks differently... for me as long as the furniture looks good and doesn't fall apart, I see no reason to replace it... if I want change I change little things like linens and decorations. I think your furniture is beautiful, but it's your home and do what makes you happy ;-)

Hi Becky! Happy New Year. I’m glad you were able to tackle the bedroom and bathroom… looks great. Yes, I do save some boxes from things but I recently got rid of a lot of them. I have a basement so storage was not a problem but you’re right…no need to keep stuff like that. I also have a desk in the basement that has all the directions for things I own…I may get rid of some of those too!

I recently got rid of all of the directions for things too. Almost all directions and manuals for things are online now! Saves some space!

Use screwdriver to remove grout.it does take a little time then regrout.it is something I would not recommend,it is better to remove the tile and just start from scratch but you can regrout for a quick fix.we have a construction business so if you have any questions I'm happy to answer any questions.

The manuals for large and small appliances tools and electronics and what not I have a file in my paperwork box where I keep them. Yes all the stuff might be online but like me not everyone lives in an area where you have easy access internet connection it’s possible it’s just not very reliable. So looking stuff up online can be a little difficult.

I love your decluttering videos as we clearly see what you're keeping/tossing ! But I always hope you'll have magazines or clothes that can't be donated to discard since those are extremely hard fo me to let go. But I understand you probably don't have to toss those often.

For the shower - you can do it 15 min in a day- just spend 15 every day taking out grout and before you know it you would be able to put new grout there...

Hi again I suffer from depression and anxiety and I can't get back my motivation anymore I hate myself it's a lot of things going on in my life. I feel it won't get better 😢

I keep very little paper anymore. It gobbles up space and time.

I keep all boxes and manuels. I am very challenged technologically! So, going online to look for something is SO frustrating for me.

Just came across this video, and I think the issue with your shower is that the grout was never sealed. Hope by now you have it resolved.

Check in your shower and see if you can just seal it cause maybe they did not before it gets to bad if its not already .
