Man, I bet that was a satisfying first drive after the mounts and shifter. When you do engine and suspension mods you tend to have high expectations that are normally not as explosive as you had imagined. Two mods that are focused towards drivability, one of which was desperately needed. Probably exceeded any expectations. Blown mounts suck, worn shifters suck. Fresh mounts and a proper shifter.... Oh I bet that was nice. Probably took the long way home...

  • @GarageBuiltHondas

Innovative are less expensive for the steel mounts. I like both except, just steer clear of the 60a durometer in the Innovative. The billet ones are similar from both companies. I'm using 3 sets of Hasport and 2 Innovative currently. Both have perfect fit. I'm not really biased except when I comes to spending rhe money and the Hasports I got all 3 sets used.

I'm not really sure how I couldn't make from 4:15 to 5:25 any more easier to understand. Do me a favor if you haven't even attempted it yet. Get outside, get your tools ready, start the video at that point and remove all of the bolts/nuts that I describe and see where it takes you.

Man. Only if Honda kept with the B series in the EM2 I don't mind if a B17 existed. Just .... fucking sucks with the D17. Mines haves 44k miles but the mods just don't exist for this engine.

Depends in a couple years. Kinda in a pinch, if i save enough 4-7k i might save a bit more for a 1995 R33 GT25t and save the civic as a eco box and then k swap it.

I disagree strongly. So I shouldn't have put mounts on my weakly powered b20b track car?

That's funny because you know exactly what I'm talking about when I say "T Bar". Are you one of the guys that gets mad at us for calling our 88-91 Civics/CRX an "EF" when none of them are actually EF's?
