I remember when I just got saved in 2017 asking God to send me Godly friends,friends that would have to desire and zeal to serve him as much I do. Also friends to keep me in check and trust me he has and I'm so grateful for them. God is simply amazing.

The Lord brought this video to me at just the right time because he is an ontime God! He knew I needed to hear this and was just talking to him about this very thing friendships and building a community something that I have been struggling with for the past few years and that I have been healing from and I am finally at the point where I feel comfortable to make friends again all Glory be to God!

This really moved me. I’m a quiet person, in 1994 I gave my life to Christ Jesus and had been growing but the mid 2000, the close friends I had started moving away from me for different reasons. I don’t realize when things changed because then I had a spinal surgery that has kept me from doing things. Even when I volunteered at a school to help in the library (ex). Physical therapy, exercise, seem to work for awhile. Maybe it was just me, I don’t know. I continue going to church, doing things in church. Then I felt God wanted me to move. I visited only 2 churches & got permission from my Pastor and joined the other. I don’t think I realize it then I was already alone, then Covid. I don’t know how but I’m not sure how to make friends. Sorry this was long but pray for me, please! 🙏🏾🧎🏾‍♀️💗

Being intentional is so hard but it’s necessary and a lot of times, it’s in the consistency, God moves and as you become braver to be vulnerable, someone who is searching for the same thing… they see you. God is faithful and I am praying for you right now❤️

What you said touched my heart because I’ve had that similar experience🥺. I’ve had friends and a lot have walked away from my life. I can’t say that it had anything to do with me. If I did something, it was hard to see since those friends were like me: introverted and passive. I pray that God will pour into your life the friends you need right now. Before I moved back in 2022, I prayed for the friends I wanted, but He gave me the friends I need. Women of various ages, race, ethnicity, with one commonality, a love for Jesus ❤ May God bless you.

It’s honestly been so hard for me, cause I’ve found it hard to trust people, or felt like relationships were one sided. Another thing I struggle with, is having friends that are in different spiritual seasons in life. Most of the friends I’ve needed, aren’t physically where I am & most are over the phone which can be hard sometimes.

I love this, I have been praying for real friends. I feel like God is teaching me how to be a real friend, so when he sends them I will tell ready.

I had a long distance friend like..she was older but my all around bestie.. she passed 2 yrs ago..ive had no one since😢

I prayed and asked God to help me be a better friend. He's given me opportunity over and over to learn to be that for others. And also......isolation is a key sign of dysfunction. So when you see someone isolated know that there's is some dysfunction going on....some pain. If you can't come along side the person then pray for them
