I discovered Brook driving to work and the song "Honey in the Rock" came on the radio. God has been so faithful creating miracles in my life, I'm in awe. Brooks songs seem as if God is speaking into the soul, a word in due season. I love the testimonies of how God lead you, and continues to.

I'm Jonathan and I love Martin. When my favourite Martin asked that last question to Brooke, I felt it was not needed, but when she answered that ..... I also want to be one of them... I felt like ... Wow... What an inspiring love she has on God and His Word. I love the way Brooke loves God, my wife mentioned quite a few times about Brooke's testimony. I was literally into tears crying to God to help me too to be part of this revival generation. Thank you so much for this podcast, So far I could watch and listen to a few of them. All of them are a blessing to me personally. God bless you both. Love from Bangalore, India

God put more detail into every molecule of his creation than we can ever put into any aspect of our life. God does everything with detail and the result is perfection. We are not perfect but as we attempt perfection for his honor it demonstrates a heart of worship. God be with you both as you help the rest of us worship the King of Kings.

it's amazing what you say about King David , Brooke i have been thinking the very same things, there is something we just love so much about King David, and so i have kept him on a pedestal , one of great affection, but like all of us i guess you could say, he had a lot of really dirty 'spots', blemishes, in his life, in fact how many so called great bible figures, Moses , Paul , David had all taken men's lives! We may gloss over the facts of history, yet God remembered the blood on their hands and restricted them later in life, as a direct result! Indeed as Martin says it's " all about grace " and we know God's forgiveness certainly rested upon them, but still can you imagine the things they did, and the things we too have done, where would we be but for the grace of God, surely even the mostly righteous or saintly among us would not have to search very far to find something devastating right there in their own lives, even something which may seem insignificant, and yet before God it stands as great offence.

First time listener to Martin's podcast. I love his song 'Everybody is Broken'. It applies to all of us. I am looking forward to tuning into some of Brooke's worship songs. Listening to these 2 musicians talk about their inspirations and influencess reminds me of Johann Sebastian Bach's worship music. Bach and some of his contemporaries would write SDG at the end of their music scripts, meaning Soli Deo Gloria which is a Latin term for 'Glory to God alone'. It signifies that the work was produced for the sake of praising God. I would love to hear a worship song from Martin or Brooke titled SDG or Soli Deo or Soli Deo Gloria which is the essence of their musical worship. God bless. Keep up the inspiring music to glorify Yahweh.

Her love and heart for the Christ is all consuming, she does this for one thing, to worship the god she loves that is so dear to her, even when Martin spoke of the doors that, what a beautiful name, opened up for her, he's thinking of royalties, money, Fame, it is all meaningless to her, in her songs it is all for one thing, to worship the Lord her god, to worship the Christ, everything else becomes meaningless.

If they do, give them the land of Gilead as their property when the land is conquered. 30 But if they refuse to arm themselves and cross over with you, then they must accept land with the rest of you in the land of Canaan.”

This is so cringe worthy to watch -- how the host keep heaping accolades and "achievements" on Brooke, and she keeps re-directing the conversation to true heart worship of God instead of whatever music popularity and status he's promoting. Praise God for her example of humility and pure love for God.

Unfortunately Brookes music draws people into Hillsong, Brian et al very much preach a false gospel. Some terrible lyrics at times also, esp What a Beautiful Name…”you didn’t want Heaven without us”….so a self-sufficient, Triune God was lonely and needed us? Nooooope.

Why are you being unfair and putting words in the songwriters' mouths? They don't say that God would be lonely without us. They simply say that He (by sending His only son to make a way for us) did not want Heaven without us. That's what John 3:16 says. If a parent goes looking for a lost child and spends every $ they have on the search (i.e making a huge sacrifice) then you can extrapolate from that that they "don't want their family home to be without" the lost child. They wouldn't/couldn't disagree with that extrapolation.
