Takes me back. Had a 2008 Le Mans blue 335i M-Touring but got pushed off the road by a lorry/truck and it unfortunately got scrapped. Loved that car!

Coilover's and big brake kit would be nice so it turns and stops as well as it will go with 400lb/ft.

Elvis has some awesome skill, knocking out an custom exhaust on your own like that is very impressive...

Elvis is by far the best addition to the Wheeler dealer franchise

Beautiful job Elvis! Love the color. Wish we had a 335i estate in the US. I had an E92 335i xDrive. Chipped and tuned with high-flow intakes. Love that car!

I'm guessing the injectors and high pressure fuel pump on this thing was still in good nick? Very tempted to make an M-lite E91 but was always apprehensive about the engine's ancilliaries

With the wrong headlights/kidney grille it always looks weird. A M3 is almost completely different from a non-M, but at least it has somewhat of a M3-look.

With regards to the exhaust being larger diameter, yes flow is increased and top BHP, but is there not a sweet point so you don’t lose back pressure and low down torque?

I appreciate that you made a really nice exhaust, but I suspect there's quite large gains in fitting aftermarket downpipes. At least in my experience with JZ engines, the stock cast downpipe/dump pipes are huge restrictions. You're better off spending money there, rather than making sure your exhaust is mandrel bent.

Don't forget that this show is broadcast on TV. So while I'm sure Elvis knows that they could get more gains out of a Downpipe & Decat, the production company won't actually allow them to install them because they're not really seen as "legal" for MOT inspection. Obviously, there are aftermarket applications available for road use, but they'd rather just use the stock ones so that people don't think they're promoting something that isn't by-the-book.

It’s a radiator that cools the air/boost into the engine. When the turbo sucks in air it compresses it which heats it up. Engines don’t like hot air, makes less power

got one a 2008 BMW 335i sport package for 4000. clean title 175k miles index 11 injectors no leaks, running solid

How do you buy that car for 4000 and something? In Spain is so much expensive

I'm wondering why his tow truck steering wheel bolts' tails aren't trimmed off to suit the nuts.

I confess I am unfamiliar with the paint system they used... but it was odd that once it was done, there were no shots of the doors, boot or bonnet being opened. I have a feeling that there would have been a lot of grey in there... I'm not sure this show ever quite recovered from the China/Brewer divorce.

We are in 2023, and the normal e9x generation came out in late 2005 and the M3 later, how come Mike wanted one 20 years ago?! 🤔

stage one remap alone adds about 50-60 bhp or so, these cars only run 8 PSI stock, turning that up to 12-14 alone gives you quite a bump in performance.

Nice work but doesn't look anything like an M3. The rear is quite nice, however no widened arches, no M3 bonnet bulge or side skirts, the front bumper is just wrong proportions, the e90 M3 saloon also had the e92 coupe front lights and grill that made the M3 look good. This is just a long way off for what I expect from a car enthusiast tbh

I always liked Edd but both Ant and Elvis are much more skilled they can do everything.

If you want no restrictions, remove the cat's.. Much better option.
