Her last name is "Draper", as in "Draper, Fisher, Jurvetson", which is a major VC investor in SpaceX, Tesla Motors, and SolarCity. Her dad is Tim Draper, a founding partner & MD of DFJ. Musk runs 2 companies (SpaceX & Tesla). His cousins, Lyndon & Peter Rive, run SolarCity. He considers this sort of thing to be part of his job.

You actually didn't even understand the question. It was asking if his customers are people who complain about the price of gas, and therefore switched because they were tired of paying for it. You know... because not having to buy gas is one of the appealing features of an electric car. Elon answers by explaining that the price of the car is pretty high so it's not costs his customers are primarily concerned about.

2:26-2:32 Elon's choice of words and or phrasing towards The Valley Girl host made me laugh a little especially the way he had directed his words towards her with his supplemental body language, facial expression, tone of voice and pitch. Just saying...

Just got it in the recommendations. Haven't seen this episode before - it's great! This is a very underrated show, in my opinion.
