I happened to hear Lose Control on the local pop station a few weeks ago. I was struck dumb at the singer's voice. Now I found it on KZread. I am in love and obsessed with this man's music. I hear it in my sleep, I wake up to it! Teddy, I love you and the fantastic band that is a big part of you and this magic you create together. I haven't felt this happy for a long time. LOL I discovered Teddy about 3 weeks ago and now I am listening to his previous songs like this one Face Myself. I am really liking it!!!

I come back to this song so much. I'm an alcoholic. but im taking care of my dying dad who doesn't want help. It doesn't help my recovery at all. This song makes me stop for a min. Unfortunally it doesn't make things better its just real. And real is better than numb.

I miss simple music videos like these. Just raw talent.

Jeez.. the emotional roller coaster I went through when listening to this. Been stumbling all my life on and off with addiction and mental struggles due to an extremely rare and fucked up childhood/teenage years. I also tend to find the most beautiful souls out there but life keeps reminding me on a daily basis how unsuited I am to be with someone. What hurt’s me the most is that I can’t just relax my soul and accept the love I’m getting from my other half. I push them away unintentionally because of my lack of communication skills and anger issues. I say the most horrible things without meaning them and I watch the whole situation slowly after getting multiple chances to do better rot and decay. Why did god select me to be like this :(
