no, she does not look good. i am actually shocked that she is ALMOST 40. I am myself 39 and never did a single filler or botox. mid and even late 30s is still about being young. most ppl don’t need any anti-age procedures at all at this young age. i was sure that visually she’s around 50 or early 50’s. maybe 5 children made her age so significantly, maybe an unbalanced diet, maybe this is her genetics. and aging is not something to be ashamed of. but what I see is not average and what every woman without fillers looks in her late 30’s…

Reminder that the spartans were a slaver civilization. The spartan citizens were the greatest warriors of the ancient world, their main dish was blood soup made with blood and pig feets. It was supplemented with meat, sausages, with sometimes a few in season fruits and bread. The helots, their slaves, had a diet of bread and grains. There are countless examples like this through history, how have people forgotten all this?

Interestingly enough, in the middle ages bread was peasant food but the kings and other aristocrats didn't eat much healthier, even worse, they ate cake for the most part, diabetes was well known as an illness of the rich back then, they knew about it because they tasted and smelled urin, if it smelled and tasted sweet they knew diabetes hit. (and they were smarter than modern day medicine as the docs would realize that they should stop eating so much sugar if that happened). They also didn't eat very healthy sources of meat, they had some turkey, because that was expensive or something. While the peasants, funny enough, where eating salmon from the lakes and got a lot of high quality protein that way, back then pollution also wasn't as bad, so they led a pretty decent life I'd wager. (at least nutrition wise)

I always notice too, when the vegans make these salads and other dishes or shakes, they are always HUGE portions. Which proves alone just how empty and not satiating the food is, because even the meat portions don't need to be anywhere near this big and full for a satisfying meal. Just looking at the sizes of the salads and things, makes me feel overwhelmed and sick if I had to eat all of that, and imagine how I'd feel afterwards. Decades ago, I always remember when salads were served, they were ONLY served as something before or after a meal and as a small side dish. Never as a whole meal or ever these gigantic sizes like they do today.

You always end up feeling very light after eating it, even if eating a lot, unlike all these other foods, especially ones full of fiber. I ate salad with whole roman lettuce head, bacon and raw yolks sauce for 2 days Got super major food poisoning, felt like passing out, even called er, was sick for week, could eat only broth But I wasn’t sure what exactly caused it, raw eggs or salad (eggs wasn’t greatest quality just best from regular Russian market ones, not farm one) , but usually when you get food poisoning your body makes you gag on it later I want yolks every week but I won put a piece of green leaves inside I think people need to eat only leaves for 1-2 days and feel like they dyeing, they will know the truth for life

It still has lactic acid, antinutrients and especially gluten - it does not evaporate or something. There are better sources of carbs: plain, simple sugar (sucrose = glucose+fructose) is the best fuel for ATP production, low stress hormones and long term health. Thus the best sources are (organic) fruit, fruit juices, honey, maple syrup, plain sucrose and organic/grass-fed milk...and for some people some cooked potatoes, cassava and white rice (no antinutrients). Of course you want to eat it in the context of pro-metabolic diet, where are also nutritious animal products (organic/grass-fed cow or goat milk and dairy, eggs, organs, muscle meat, white fish and shell-fish) and saturated fat (organic/grass-fed butter, coconut oil, animal fat) AND there should be absence of PUFAs, antinutrients, too much fiber, vac..ines, drugs, harmful supplements and xenoestrogens.

Sprouting and Fermenting Grains Prior to industrialization, nearly all cultures around the world soaked (sprouted) or fermented their grains before making them into cereal (porridge), breads, cakes and casseroles. Sprouting and fermenting effectively deactivate antinutrients making them easier to digest.

They look malnourished, underweight, their bones are fragile, their organs and brains are being eaten away at by their starving metabolism, their skin is dry, wrinkly, mummified. Raw vegans exist on a diet of nothing but sugar and they look absolutely horrendous for it, as well as greatly shortening their life spans. If your profile picture is a picture of your own self then you are just another example to add to the list.

It's a cruciferous vegetable, which is full of oxalates. Oxalates bind to calcium when they leave the body, which increases the risk of kidney stones. Oxalates have also been implicated in increased inflammation, mitochondrial and gut dysfunction, mineral imbalance, connective tissue integrity, urinary tract issues, fibromyalgia, and autoimmune diseases such rheumatoid arthritis and lupus. When you eat kale or other foods containing oxalates, calcium binds to the oxalates, which means you only absorb about 5 percent of the calcium.
