She talks about her children being fortunate now Senator Warren could have followed up on that about This Woman's claim that her children are fortunate to be her children and could have talked about her mothering and could have called her children who might have been interested in that you know not knowing what it would be like cuz of been in for real learning experience about their mother and this is not a joke Betsy DeVos children are not fortunate to not have a source of funding for their education that asked no questions in terms of you know their specific degree program like parents do so that your children are required to study subjects they have no interest in which means they don't study they go to school for the drugs and for the partying is if that's not redundant you know what I mean they go to school so they can cope with their lack of freedom and what the Student Loan program is it is freedom to do good not to save employers the cost of training you while paying you but instead you know Trump and DeVos wants us too at our own taxpayer expense have you quote train which means show up for work months or years before the paycheck kicks in. You see it doesn't take many people to get University education's to them have labor unions be the right of every employee to support or not support you don't have to have mandatory unions but you do have to have a supply of educated wise people who can sell the unions and instead what we are seeing is all of the University graduates have been hired into the dark side have not let the force go with them but if they come in as a force have become evil and I am amazed when I watch these videos of these questions and it's KZread that suggested this very old video as being relevant to me now that was erroneous I mean if I were studying this for the sake of History instead of the sake of intervening in the here and now and these 2 do overlap if you're a historian and I am a historian to some extent of course as this comment notes but the reality here is that this witness one this because the questioner did not have sufficient time and the questioner was not willing to use the time to win but had a certain amount of time and when the witness personalized it beyond the scope of the question the senator did not go for the jugular and the senator should never have run for president.

The Median household income when obama left office was 55k. Today its nearly at 60k. If the median household income is decreasing as you are speculating it is; then we will see a decline in the U.S GDP. Therefore your question is irrelevant when it pertains to the low unemployment rate that Trump has brought us.

Yes, Elizabeth Warren, as my students would say, read her like a book. Usually, when I interview for a job, I prepare myself by gaining as much information about the company and if possible, it's regulations and rules. I try to familiarize myself with what they do and how they do it. If it's in an industry that I am unfamiliar with, I learn about it. Federal laws and regulations are available to the public, she had a chance, even if she was not fully familiar with the Department of Education, she has the ability to research to know exactly what she is getting herself into. She failed to do that, thus proving how unqualified she is. Even if her intention was to not enforce any laws and reduce the role of the department in education drastically, she should at least know what laws she is not enforcing. She should know how her decisions would affect students and teachers and administrators.

I actually have heard Betsy DeVos speak to a group of teachers before she became Secretary of Education. Anyone in the audience knew/knows more about our schools than Betsy Vos. One third got up and left before she was through speaking! The woman knows NOTHING about our schools. I have been a teachers, principal and an instructor at the graduate level.

3 years ago she was asked what her experience was, and what her plan was to help.... Now she says that they are just starting a process to help student loans... I would love a job that allowed me over 3 years to come up with a plan after being hired lol...

If all public education was privatized and you owned the company that controlled it, would you hire someone like DeVos, who is both inexperienced and driven by religious zealotry? She was born into money and married a man who also came from a wealthy family. She gives money to politicians to get her way. Those are her "qualifications".

I went to one of these For-profit colleges...a total scam! The school closed down! I'm still drowning in student loan debt. Anyone have any info regarding student loan discharge or any relief i could look into??
