Vladimir Shmondenko, alter ego Anatoly, makes me laugh every time. It's great watching people's reactions when they see him lift his 'dream' weight after just a few short moments of training. I can't decide which character of his I like the most. Having a cleaner mop around me whilst training would probably wind me up, but it is so funny to watch him simply move the weights out of the way to dust, or be a first time nerdy trainee, complete with his favourite sandals and Spiderman rucksack, or be disguised as a frail looking old man and seemingly, without any effort, lift an impossible weight for such an unlikely person. I think pretending to be a trainer is my favourite, especially as he tries to convince everyone he is the best trainer in the world and offers to demonstrate his prowess with a pink elastic stretch band. Anatoly is hilarious to watch and listen to. I want a trainer like him. When he points out everyone's mistakes and makes suggestions like, not enough 'squeeze back. His' advice and choice of handbag for a gym bag for holding his portfolio and his home made eggs give me the giggles every time. Vladimir is extremely motivational as well as being a genius comedian. 😂 He makes me want to join a gym. Every Gym should have an Anatoly!

@@since1876, that's the thing: even being in his shape, the weight he lifts is incredible for his size. I can easily lift the weight he does... but I am also WAY bigger than him. Yeah, even after it's discovered he is an obviously trained lifter, it's still mind-blowing to see someone his size lift that much weight, regardless.

@@johndeeregreen4592 I've never lifted weights before. I'm unemployed right now and make money by making and selling things. It's kind of enough to survive on, but I really need to find real work so I can afford a gym membership. Last time I could have afforded it, I was too intimidated by all the options to want to even go. Then, after an injury, I started doing physical therapy and now my body is stronger than it ever was, thanks to all the exercises that I'd never done but am now doing. I also now realize it's not rocket science, go to the gym and do whatever feels good and do it until you're tired. And then do one more set. Make sure nothing ever hurts in a bad way. Everyone who works there will be happy to show you the right way to use a machine! And finding exercise routines is as simple as searching Google or using the openai chat bot or whatever. But I bet when I can afford to do it, I'll be able to put up a lot of weight. I'm 6'6" and 316ish, so I'd imagine that if I actually started working to build muscle, I'd be able to keep up with lots of people. But I'm sure that without a couple decades of intense training like this guy already has, I don't stand a chance at putting up the weight to bodyweight ratio this man can do....he's got some interesting genetics and probably some excellent personal trainers that he's worked with over the years.

I think all the trainers are so kind with your unrealistic goal of 2 weeks 😂😂. What impresses me the most is the fact that you, sir, speak very good English, especially in the short time you’ve had. Thank you for sharing your talent with the world and showing the world that things are not always what they seem. A great lesson learned is never to pass judgement but rather encourage, love and help your neighbor. Peace be with you.

I embraced his social personality and turned out this man was a little unorthodox, but a genius and when others questioned me for hanging out with him he taught me things I would have never learned from anyone else. He was a big bro I never had and in the short period span that I knew him before he passed away. I swear he instilled in me personal life skills and observations that I never would have imagined. I very much respect those (you included) who have/continue to overcome and bounce back. Physical stuff is good and healthy, but what really will get you to 'find me' is knowing God. I'm Catholic, and I take great comfort in the fact that God IS love (as in he is willing to sacrifice for me) and doesn't need me at all-yet here I am and he has to will for me to exist at any given moment! Peace to you. If you ever want to check out Catholicism, ask a priest at your local Catholic church, get a Bible (Ignatius study Bible has lots of good footnotes explaining things in light of centuries of study), check out the catechism of the Catholic church, etc. If you ask God to lead you to the truth he will always show you!

I've been a personal trainer for over 34 years, professional natural bodybuilder etc and I'm so happy to see how our people are portrayed in our natural environment. It doesn't matter where in the world one goes, the personality of most REAL, committed lifters toward ALL people who are willing to put in the work and not make excuses is phenomenal. Notice how gentle, kind and humble we are and it's not an act.

THE DEFINITION OF LOVE: "Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: 2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. 3 And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; 4 And patience, experience; and experience, hope: 5 And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us. 6 For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. 7 For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. 8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. 9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. 10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. 11 And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement." Romans 5:1-11.
