The videos are all staged maybe it was believable the first 10 or so times but now its so obvious i dont know how people cant tell.

You should get a really heavy mop handle and have people hold it for you when you move the weights

If you used tungsten, you could get it up to about 15kg/33lbs for something roughly the size of a mop handle. Not objectively heavy, but certainly a lot more than someone would expect a mop to weigh! I think that would be hilarious. Even a steel pipe filled with lead would be pretty heavy (and a fraction of the cost of tungsten).

Well, they have been working out before got to them so we only saw one but doesn't mean they only did one however yes Anatoly is a different breed, they didn't expect him to lift at all but he lifted more than once
