i like the coaching from the side, the guy's telling them to keep everything tight and not swing and it just keeps the intensity down to a reasonable level where they aren't just trying to blast each others heads off.

Very nice. I just had my first true sparring sessions and it's amazing to watch them back and benefit from the analysis. That's what brought me here!

I like how in the 2nd match he wasn't just going all out on the guy . Letting him be relaxed and helping him . Great vid.
