Love the way these guys spar. It looks like a dance, an eb and flow of attack and defense. Going hard but not too hard. Inflicting damage but with respect and restraint. Learning to take it as much as dish it. Simultaneously beating eachother down but elevating eachother higher. A focus on fundamentals but room for experimentation. 100% in the moment.

I miss sparring so much. I’m glad there are videos like this out there so I can still activate a piece of that mindset. Just remember all of the good rounds I received over the years. A shame I never got to go to the UK or Thailand like I wanted to but I’m happy with life regardless. I appreciate these videos; thank you.

I've been watching these since the channel started. Haven't seen one of these old ones for a while, but even now, looking back it's clear that the one guy has a different type of energy behind his sparring. And that's the thing with hard sparring, you can smile and embrace after the round is done, and pretend like everything you just did was to help your partner get better.

Love these vids. Respectful, training seriously and helping each other improve, keeping each other honest, no egos. Wonder how you foster such an environment. Any tips? Are there any guidelines laid out beforehand? Or is it just down to these guys being very experienced and having mutual respect?

respect above all else. it is taught from the very first day you step through the door into the gym. everyone is there to have fun and learn, no egos. best to teach that from the beginning with 0 tolerance.

I love how controlled the spar is. This shows mutual respect for the sport and display of skills. Osu!

There seems to be an agreement between both training partners that one person goes first,then the other counters immediately. There's not a lot of punching over punches which is good controlled sparring.

I too have noticed that there is some rhythm to attack and defense it does seem to be even non-verbally agreed upon but known by both without saying.

Everyone of them looked sharp and very good ,a bit near to full on in spots but hey ho I suppose every gym spars a bit different, if everyone is ok to go hard then crack on , great vid ,the skill level had me glued watching it 👍

I think this kind of camera is far better than OneFC and UFC crazy camera changes. Here you feel the impacts and the "weight" behind hits much better.

It is hard sparring but it is suuper controlled, very good stuff 🔥👍

I'm happy to see that there's a seeming emphasis on not seeking ouy clean head shots. They pull those shots when they throw them, and it's just to point out weaknesses in the guard. Otherwise they don't throw heat high unless the guard is there already.
