@@samysdefer maybe, I think its just human instinct to look at insane feats and go "woah", but americans are probably more likely to go up and congratulate because we have a more extroverted culture compared to europe or asia. personally if you see someone do more than 4 plates on anything (maybe 5 for deadlifts) its fairly likely that a couple people are gonna come up to congratulate, especially if it looks like you struggled. And if one person comes, that kinda lets other people know its ok so they go up to congratulate.
This dudes “UP”s is all you need to hit a PR lol.
Both the control on the descent and the pause for the 500+ pound press are mad impressive. Excellent lifts, sir
2:09, that tap on the chest was personal. Spotter was so happy, lmao.
While spotters don't need to be monsters and you certainly don't expect them to catch the full weight of whatever lift you're doing, it's always nice to have someone who can take as much weight as possible in the event something goes wrong.

Colin thanks for being here. Your shorts and videos certainly give me an inspiring look at that you have to challenge yourself daily to the max. Greetings from The Netherlands 💪
I love the gym positivity from everyone there...the head nods and fist bumps cause they are impressed at your dedication :)
Absolute unit. That right there is what the gym community is about. Love seeing this.

Would love to see more of this! Remind me of the good Russell Orhii days where he’d go to commercial gyms and max out. So much fun. Got to say I enjoy going to new gyms and trying to max out, but in England it’s a lot easier as not many people are strong like over there in the states
0:35 “I’m pretty strong …” … understatement of the freakin’ year 😂
3:01 I think the 180’s with no handoff, no spot and not throwing the DB’s down when he was done was more impressive then the paused 530😂holy shit man
my guys an absolute animal. Do more of these please Colin, the reaction vids of going to different gyms and performing different SBD movements and leaving the gymgoers speechless XDD
Thank you... watching you makes me push those numbers up.
1st time seeing your channel ! Good job man! Be strong and well !I liked how the other guy came to spot you .
One of my favorite things in the gym is when some non-regular dude comes in and starts lifting beastly amounts of weight. Never fails to draw a crowd and results in a lot of fist bumps. I absolutely love the energy it seems to create.
I'm glad you popped up in my recommended mate, just subbed after seeing a couple of your shorts too. Fantastic form with massive amount of weight, props to you. Those pause reps on the barbel bench were Savage
Dude, i love the vibe of this gym - everybody seems cool and encouraging. Just men helping men get better and stronger!!! hell yeah

What a great spotter!!! You’re an absolute beast man!
You're inspiring dude. Keep up the great content
Loved how in the last clip only one person looked at you Everybody else in their own world, havin their own struggles and weights Makes me miss the gym a little
I love the the look on peoples faces as they are humbled and perplexed! Motivating videos ! Keep Gaining! ❤🔥
he's pushing over 80kg free hand over his body chest, fucking Crazy. Keep on pushing and try not to break your legs, if you step out of the session. ;) YOU ARE SUCH A MOTIVATION, bro!
I wasn't going to go to the gym today but you've hyped me up now!
That’s f@#$ing AWESOME ! Dude, you are the Man!
The only fist bump I’ve got at the gym was from the locker room attendant when I put my towel in the laundry bag.
What impresses me more than his strength, is his muscle endurance. Its one thing in itself to lift BIG, but to have the endurance to keep going for other big lifts is crazy. I can bench 190kg for 4 reps but my chest is toasted after that. Great lifts👍 well done!!
Commercial gym or not I love the atmosphere: you can tell everyone is there to push themselves. Whatever their level that is cool to see
New to your videos, subscribed after watching one lol... Keep doing what your doing, helping and inspiring more people than you know! thanks
Awesome content bro. Big time motivation! Subscribed, keep the vids coming
Bro is pushing 1.5× my max bench in each hand. This is my motivation to get stronger.
Fucking solid, keep at it. Great "UP!" from the spotter too!
I been waitting for content like this from u
You know what !!!! gym is the place where u can find supportive, and kind hearted people with great mindset and hard body 💥💥☺️☺️
Not sure who I should be more impressed with. The guy pushing the weight or the dude who volunteered to spot and gave motivation. That’s the type of gym you want to be a part of. People who are just as excited as the lifter to see that weight move.
I’m at the point where I can barely bench 185 as my max and this dude does it with one arm !
