Low dopamine or not, as you take stimulants or reuptake inhibitors. Your body will downregulate and you’re going to develop tolerance as well as a further crippled system when you stop. Drugs are drugs. Will let you know that your own body can do this also. For example, I would feel more normal after a run. But my anxiety and depression would return in the evening- so I actually needed another run.

Amfetamine is Amfetamine. Over time you'll need more and more and more and it wears you out and decreases lifespan. Naturally what goes up needs to come down. Taking Amfetamine everyday can lead to chronic fatigue syndrome. (It happened to me and others i know) Now I take natural supplements like what this guy talks about and many days i don't take uppers like tyrosine. Days where I don't have to do much. Work on increasing HRV and VO2max

Here's how I deal with what I experience when I watch his videos... Sometimes I put his videos at playback speed 75%. Sometimes I take notes by hand. I share the video link to my notes app and choose labels so I can find it again intuitively (I use "Keep" notes and it lets me easily create my own labels, and pin a note at the top for easy access). Also I can put screenshots into my note, pictures of my handwritten notes, and if I go pull related and answers from ai or a pubmed article list, I pop that in too. All those things help me if I'm having trouble distilling or 'getting' the info out of these great videos. I did notice recently a majority of the quoted success stories from his practice are men/'guys' and I wonder if that's a gender self selecting communication thing where for some people (including more women) find his speaking speed and at certain times almost meandering ways (tho when i take notes, i usually find he's not really meandering, but yes it really *does* feel like it 😂).

yep its Amphetamine. so basically speed, or at least speed lite. in can increase heart rate and BP as well. it's a CNS stimulant so it upregulates fight or flight systems in the body (basically acts like adrenaline) High dosage or long term use will increase chances of arrhythmia or other Cardio issues similar to long term higher adrenaline levels.

Hello Dr.LeGrand, I am really interested in taking your program. You mentioned to submit prior lab test/blood work results to you prior to the consultation. Could you provide me a list of things I could request my GP to order in blood test prior to the meeting with your team so they have the tests that could be helpful to them? The lab tests including neurotransmitters, multi point cortisol, precursor nutrients and gut micro biome tests are obviously not part of the initial consultation and the other item you mentioned were included. I’m in Canada would it be possible to get those tests done? Would it be better to travel to the US in order to get them done? You mentioned your practice is completely online however I wondered if you have any sticks and bricks testing sites you have affiliation with or preferred? ..And finally how much is the added testing not included with the initial package that you mentioned in your video? (Sorry for the huge list questions)

Obviously, also the body in the mind for example you know, weight-bearing exercise muscle building exercise, certain things like high intensive it will help with my new amount with like PDF or I won’t go into it, but other things are like our social connections because if you don’t know this what you do but stress, social stress, and other types of stress will drastically sap you of energy. I won’t get into technical details, but there’s just a lot in our lives and especially if you if you really have ADD or ASD you actually need serious life gets in the way and life changes and if you’re not very good at this or already have brain sensitivities you need back up plans and people there to help you structure your life and you need to pay attention to these things. Say when you move or something changes.

There’s still a lot of crossover and confusion about what’s bipolar to what is ADD? What is ASD depression? I’m gonna tell you that I started off with nothing even though knew it was something and I knew as a child is probably more than the spectrum and I was emotionally like reactive for a long time like if we went to the trip I would be excited and then I’d be sad for a week afterwards, but anyways, so they never became diagnosis, depression and they became bipolar and then ADD and then a couple my doctor said they really think that the depression is secondary to the ADD Anxiety, but then I had a psychiatrist psychologist one of the best in the world who just called he said I’m not gonna diagnose you but you have a sensitive brain and you should try getting off all medication and anyways I’m just saying it’s been really hard I think somewhere on the spectrum and have something else and when I was younger, my brain sort of worked a little better when I would run and you know I’ve always done exercise and been outdoors, but the sad thing is that I take my stimulant They don’t seem to work for me. I have zero motivation I can’t run or even walk anymore. It’s really scary so I take the brakes for about two weeks and then I go back on. I’m totally at a loss and also the loss of like how much this is how much it is, I’ve drank coffee ever since college and how much of it is depression overwhelming

I was in medical school at the foreign medical school and I’ll say this a lot of the teachers were not as with it and sharp as the ones I had in my ivy college anyways, I was always losing my train of thought they were rambling on all over the place too much information and sadly that’s what’s happening here on this video too like I really don’t wanna hear all the side story about medical school and this and that and first of all it’s nature medical school. It’s not medical school, but it’s just way too much rambling so I don’t know if medication would be better or not

Hi, Dr. It seems hard to understand what you say fast, and google transcribe is miss interpreting a pot, so things dont come up in the transcript to search (and I wonder if thry wavt herb names in there, as the word cane across not sounding like the original herb too. As a computer scientist, it's strange. Also, search history was missing a lot of videos I had watched of yours. Evebtually i nabually went through search and found another video where you showed a picture of a bottle with yhe name on it. It eould be useful if you could please list things in the description to verify and find quickly sfter one watches the video. I was scrubbing thtoigh tjr bidto for ages in the shop, gettunh in the way. Bevayse you always think you will now find it quickly, soon, its not difficult, and others say. No you ate not, and have done things to mske it difficult. The example: I was in a store to buy the herb you mentioned to stop cortisole peak at night. Ive had something like this, and after chronic fatigue and cov, eirse abd worse. But, I couldn't understand what your video said. O thought it eas anothet herb, and the lady saud it was tje one uou ssyd, but it 100% sounded like thr other one. I searched through the video then the transcript, and google gave just three letters instead of the name. So, I thought, I saw it elsewhere, abd norice that the search video function I had suggested was back, di trying to search simpler words like cortisol spellings and sleep and noghy, all returned 0 search resukts in the auto transcript (the newer auto transcript is mot great, the old one got nearly everything right). I scolled throigh tje transcipt yryinu. Yo svan fir the words and vpildnt . So, I Search video history for ADHD, and it returned results without most of your videos that I know I had seen (it does this with certain videos). Thank you, geeat videos. Once I can afford to, I am thinking of doing a consult, as Im a pensioner, in the sticks as fsr as a city and competent practitioners go who specialise in stuff. And asking for your sort of help and knowledge is almost taboo in a place like this, conpared to the capitals, where the great doctors like to stay. My nearest capital is over 1000km away.
