God did so much for me & my family. When we were without electricity & food & my Mom couldn't pay for education when we were young, God sent people to help & the school called us & gave us free education for 2 years, thats the miracle. God has always been there for me, He always holds me when I fall. Amen.

The Lord still provides for those who put their faith Him!

This is my life, I had a lotta joy and contentment when I was poor and ate the lowest quality rice and other food without grumbling, and at that time I prayed to God like this “Father this food is tasty and healthy and this is enough for me in your presence till I die. But I generously helped a poor pastor at that time, one day that pastor gave me some 5kg costly rice which was offered to him by a person, but I refused to accept it, but that pastor said, Lord is telling me give this to you, so pls accept this, so I accepted it, from that day onwards, I thrived, and I have been dining the most healthy organic foods maybe the best in the whole country. Glory be to the living Christ who made me righteous.

The oil is the Holy Spirit and the flour is the Word of God (Jesus), they will never end in the lives of those who believe and live by faith.

Beautifully done! I love that Elijah is depicted as not taking a bite of the cake at all. Either he wasn't hungry (which I doubt -- he was probably famished) or/and he didn't want to be rude and eat in front of the widow and her son. It was a true test of the faith of the widow.

God will always provide for His own! Beautiful simple scene and yet very profound! Thank you for posting this short film.

Despite the harsh times my mom and I had been through, God never stopped providing. The story of Elijah and the widow of Zarephath touches me significantly as it reminds me of my own life and of the neverending faithfulness of God.

Really this video made me cry and I remembered my days of necessity and also how God filled my empty cup

What a powerful rendition of The Lord’s provision to this woman and her son. She was at the end of her and her son’s life but God rescued her from death that shows us that even when we think we’re at our end, God so richly provides as is His promise. We must sometimes step out in faith and believe as in Hebrews 11:1 tells us. I was very moved by this video as at times I believed I was at my end but, but God, has provided each time. Thank you for posting.

Yes. I cried watching this video. watched number of times. My God mighty to feed me as he did to that woman. Trust in Prophets. trust in the Lord Jehovah. For the past 15 days, one family is feeding me three times a day. Every glory to Jesus my saviour. He is the true God. None like Him. Hallelujah !!

Always believing n having faith in God I cried for healing n He healed me from all the hurting situations that I was going through.

Praise the Lord for His great work

We just had this played in our Gospel Doctrine class from the "Come Follow Me" curriculum. This story always gets me, and this video depiction is my favorite to use in lessons. I cry every time. The expression on the widow's face as she realized that truly the barrel of meal did not waste nor did the cruse of oil fail. The faith this woman had, it would do us well to possess even a fraction of it.

God has always been faithful to all that believe, he is and has always been a loving God, a way maker, healer and deliverer of man kind!!

THANK YOU FATHER GOD, JESUS THE SAVIOR AND HOLY SPIRIT for always providing for us, your children!

+Sarah Stewart I am a witness to Gods wonderful healing. My father suffered a broken neck from a car accident. He was told that it would take a year or more before he might go back to work and he would never go back to the type of work he had done. This happened in 1972. 4 months later he was back to work at his old job. They all kinds of test proving his neck was broke and he was the proof of the healing. After his healing they could find no trace. He passed in 2009, he was smiling. I said he was with Jesus and playing with kids. Amen

Amen Blue Angel. I myself hv a few testimonies. I recall when the movie, 'Passion of Christ' came out, my son who has autism, looked at me and said, "Mama, Jesus had a hard life." It shocked me because even tho my son could talk, he couldnt relay conversations like this. So I knew it was the power of God.

Beautifully told Had tears in my eyes Some commented below that she sacrifice her last food and was selfish of Elijah. Not quite that way. Actually, she did not really give away or sacrifice her last meal as implied. She was foretold in a powerful divine dream of Elijah coming and to honor him, not to worry. That gave her the confidence to do as requested. She knew instantly that God would take care of her when Elijah showed up.
