Thanks for the video. I've had my Rumble for several months, just started having problems while out and about today. I'll hit up Elgin for troubleshooting or RMA.

Thanks for doing the review on the Ruckus Discord, but in both of your reviews you haven't mentined anything about using them for a phone call during work? Are they picking up any of the background noise? Can the caller hear you clear in an noisy environment? That's very important, could you do that test please? Thanks

Do these have active noise cancellation? Or is it simply noise isolating?

Just noise isolation like an ear plug.
how are those holding up for you today? do they still work?

Not bad at all. I don’t take many calls but I haven’t had a problem.
How's the interaction with phone calls?

+1 - that's the point most all reviews blithely skip around. I've bought two pairs of NR-style buds for hearing protection in trucks and heavy machinery, but on the strength of a good IP rating and being able to take phone calls. Both pairs, mic/call quality stinks.

It’s bad, they can never hear you.
I've had two pairs of rumbles in the last year and both pairs have shorted out after about 4-6 months of use. I really love everything about these earbuds but am done with buying them because of this issue

They ( Elgin) replaced two pair free of charge. Customer service was on point..
Do they allow voice/speech in?

Are you referring to like, Alexa,siri and all those? I believe I read they are compatible, if I'm not mistaken.

I came to watch this because my phone is saying I need an app to connect to this device. I used the ruckus for several months and love them, except they sometimes fall out, and the noise cancelation is not as good. With the rumble, the fit for me is far better. But they won't connect to my phone. I'm disappointed.

@@DeadriseWoodCrafts they needed to charge completely before the connection would work. Waiting fixed the problem.
Are you able to hear people talking or not really? Doesn't have to be super clear but I don't want to have to take them out to have a conversation

I have found that the noise cancellation is very good. I can’t hear any outside noise while using them. So I would say it Woolley be difficult to have a conversation wile listening to music. With the music muted it would be possible but muffled. I always remove ear bud while having a conversation with someone.
