With this episode, I have now listened to every single episode of Chat With Traders. It took 1.5 years. It is day 13 of this video being released. My trading journey is still a journey. I hope for more great episodes!

This was by no means "weird" or odd to interview this dude on as suggested by some commenters. Trading is not only technical. Specifically, Intraday trading requires a-lot from a person, and at the end of the day/year it all comes down to performance. This guy is an expert on human performance to some degree, thus why he was on the pod.

Salting everything is a bad idea unless balanced with potassium. The difference between table salt and others is minimal. Still 96-99% of sodium chloride. You will die of overdose before even reaping any benefits of the residual. Moreover, among those are even heavy metals. In terms of diet the first step is not to overeat. You will be healthier on calorie-controlled junk than stuffed with clean “superfood”. Focusing on the blood-brain barrier is like missing the forest for the trees. Supplements have their place under deficiencies. Even in poorly digestible forms. Your body will find a way. If you don’t like fish, take Omega-3. Lack of summer sun - Vit D. The rest is mostly a waste of money. Neurotropics - an individual thing.

I didnt think i was going to say this, but i didnt catch hes point about what he was talking about. Is this a trading edge to eat healty sleep well and all sorts of athelete activities? I mean this is just a basic routine and what ppl eat depends on what blood type they have. Some ppl need 10 hours rest a day in a while but that dosent mean they been sleeping only 4-5 hours the other 5 weeks in a row. I mean this guys sounds like his feeding his brain more than hes pocket. We all have different opinions understand me right but i dont think this guy is an active trader. Also in a book i readed about trading *Mastering the Trade, its talking about not to drink coffee and sugar and other stuff before trading bcz its frying your brain. So for this guy whos not a trader talking about 60 cups of coffee, well in what sport bcz in trading your brain would be so hyped up you would struggle to decide what to do.

@@OlaVitality Jared Tendler, author of Mental Game of Trading, is a highly touted mental heath counselor. He doesn't trade but his principles can be applied to trading. Same with Ben Greenfield. Adequate sleep, diet & other things to improve our mental functions will make us better traders

@@MOTWMB To some degree yes, but there are also written in trading books about what to eat as well bcz what is good to eat and drink before let's say a football match might not be as good for the trading state of mind. Too much sugar will fry your brain, too much coffee will affect your mood so it might be good for some sports but not for all.
