Weirdest highlights I've ever seen: they show so many winning points by Ostapenko (and so many camera shots of her as well) that you might think she was the one winning that match... 😕 Apart from that, I love Lena: she's quiet, modest, focused on her game, and plays a fine tennis (although I would love to see her slice and volley more ^^). It's surprising to see her play so well on clay!

Rybakina against Chucky, always a blast.
Well played Elena. Although watching these highlights you could easily think she had lost this match,(very poor reflection of the game as a whole).
It was a pleasure to watch Rybakina's technical skills, reading of the game, tactics, composure, overcomig crises. She asked for medical help during a brake 💊

This match was played at such a fast pace that the slow clay court looked like a fast hard court. Both of them were hitting the ball so powerfully and flat, i think their rallies were even faster than any men's match in this tournament.

@@westonmeyer3110 it happened because both of them were striking the ball so flat and hard. Penko's take no prisoners approach combined with Elena's pure ball striking resulted in a very explosive match
I follow Elena since 2019, when she lost against Halep in Dubai. She gradually climbed up the top.
Congratulations, Elena!!! Anyone know exactly why Jelena had a sort of 'please, pst' look or smirk on her face as they passed each other in the end?

'She Called You A B*tch': Rybakina's Coach Calls Out Ostapenko In Heated Clash read it in an article
It’s amazing when players can play great on both the super fast grass of,Wimbledon and the super slow clay of Rome. I could see Iga, Rybakina and Sabalenka being the top 3 and winning a lot of majors between them for many years to come.

Wonder if Ostapenko's momentum was slowed down by the rain delay? Either way no excuses. Rybakina was very composed. Solid win. Cant wait for the French Open. Its wide open.

Pow... pena.
I don't know why people are surprised that Rybakina can play on clay. Her first title was on clay, she beat Serena Williams on clay and reached the quarter finals at Roland Garos in 2021, only narrowly not reaching the semis.

Because her first title was on WTA250 level, where the competition is on lower level than in Masters and GS ones... And also she beat 40 y.o. Serena, i don't think she would stand a chance on clay against prime Serena
So the conclusion is this highlight show 11 point from ostapenko , and only 7 point from the ACTUAL WINNER rybakina , i’ve been always wonderin why the highlight from this channel always doesnt know how to give enough credit to the winner by always SHOW MORE POINT FROM THE LOSING PLAYER , i mean what’s your purpose behind it ? WE CAME HERE TO SEE HOW THE WINNER CAN BE THE WINNER RIGHT ? NOT TO SEE HOW THAT WINNER LOSE A POINT !
Another elena great and cool performance, especially her powerfull serve 👏👏👏 hopefully final match wiht kalinina would become next sucseed for graceful elena...
Sabalenka would be proud of all the screaming and moaning. Thank you Elena for making courts quiet again.
💪💪💪 RU KZ

I'm so happy that Elena won this match. She will definitely be the Champion to this tourney. Stay humble and cool. Love the way you play 👍🤗💕
Dear commenters who are counting points in a highlight video and are clearly confused: you haven't noticed they show the score in nearly all points. It is helpful for seeing who is winning. Also, if you want to watch a bunch of unforced errors, you clearly aren't all that interested in tennis, so just skip to the end of the video. Or watch the frickin' match and stop whining
The silent Queen is in fire!!
Elena is low key favorite going into Roland Garros which is a good thing for her. She just knows how to play the big matches when it matters the most. Nerves of iron! Ostapenko should be proud, raised her level in this tourney and great way to prep for Roland Garros. With her current form, she should be able to get to the last 8 or 4.

@@2012muslimandproud Is that what highlights should do? Or should they focus in good shots? It is hard to call a video biased when they regularly post the score. I guess you missed the score, and are thus confused. In this case, the choices even highlighted the point that while Jelena made lots of very good shots, she still couldn't win. Tells me a lot more than some proportional shot selection. But then I like tennis, and I guess that's not your focus.
