Instead of becoming ascended, give us a glyph to turn into a mini ragnaros / Al-Akir / Azshara, for Ele / Enh / Resto respectively

The thing i cannot understand for the life of me is, they literally said in a blue post that they want you to SPECIALIZE in going light or fire if u want or do both at the same time, OK, then why put mandatory fire talents in the way of the lightning build ? This leaves me without words really

@@Knasern did you even look at the talent tree ?? You NEED to put 1 point into either Icefury or Echo fo the Elements to progress down the tree, those are both fire talents

@@OrsoPolareYT There is no problem with that. Your rotation is the same. Echoes just gives you a possibly instant cast window, which should be very welcome for ranged classes in general. I would feel horrible having to go pure lightning build cause it will turn out sim way higher then anything, and when you need to cancel a LB cast to run, you only have a shock to use. But oh wait, you have a surge proc..Nice! It isnt ment to be your core rotation, but its there to give you room and still be a part of your whole "elemental" package. Il promise you this, if they where to turn one side completely fire, and one completely lightning. There would never be anything in between, and in one patch or two, people would complain cause "ele" doesnt feel like "ele" anymore. If you test the different builds in beta in actual content..It feel very nice. Tbh i have yet to encounter something that makes the shaman feel like they cant do this or that better then most. But people read too much into what changes are doing, rather then what it gives in oppurtunities.

Heeey, nice video, but read the tooltip on Fusion of elements. its say you have to cast a nature AND a fire spell, you've to cast both, but you only have to cast one elemental bast to proc the second elemental bast! Have a great day! =)

LMT should hit all targets within range and ALSO spread Flame shock to all targets (or at least to our cap of 6)...and it should be a 30 sec cd or 2 charges of 1 minute apart

@@phurygaming3347 Yep... It's pretty hard to get a ton of value out of each Hero tree without going hard into fire or Lightning. The farseer tree really pressures you to press Lava Burst, and forces you to take Prime Wave. The Stormbringer tree forces you to press Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning. If you don't, you're just wasting so many talents in those hero trees

What are you maining for tww?

I LOVE the flow from LB -> IF -> FSx2 -> Lightning Bolt + free EB WW rework has stuff like this baked into it. Natural flows that feel super good as they lead up to a big finish.

There's a few points in class tree that can be switched around based on dungeon (namely remove curse for tremor totem, and purge for hex). Flash of Lightning reduces cool downs of Primordial Wave (Ancestors and Deeply rooted elements procs), Totemic Recall (Mostly for magma totem flame shock spread), Ancestral Swiftness (for ancestors), AND stormkeeper. Fire elemental CD should be super low with Farseer 10s off CD talent + Skybreaker's Fiery Demise. Lava Burst procs should be used before a decently stacked (Magma Chamber) earthquake. Hope you try it out!

Allo Zuco!!! always watching your Vid from Montréal, they are always nicely done. I have a special favor. I love lightning shaman but at base i am a healer and heavily invest in healing all the time, Would you make me the most simple build for a lightning dps shaman that do some decent dps with the least button to press??? i know you love experimenting new and original specs of differents class. I will really appreciate this. I would love making more dps in dps spec than in healing spec (lol )

I'm coming back to wow after a 5 year hiatus and I'm afraid I just can't play super complicated specs anymore. I know TWIW is very new and we are still figuring everythign out, but do you think there will be space for an build with an easier rotation that still performs okay?

@@DrArmature yeah for sure... The Storm ringer Ele build is quite simple and really fun to play

I'm liking the direction its taking, but I feel like the playstyle is changing way too much into a less mobile spec, with less instants and less maelstrom to use instant spenders. also, as Supatease showed on his ele video, lava surge procs are way lower now, which contribute to what I said previously. It can be tuned for sure so let's see where it goes. Also stormbrinder is looking more like a multi target/AOE spec. I'd love to see it being very strong in single target or pvp

Elemental shaman looks fantastic, just don't go easy on them about enhancement because if we're lackadaisical about it they won't do anything

I am shaman main and f elemental i want enh to top dps for 1 expansion in 25 years is it too much to ask for?

just want to say im glad there wasnt a bottom up rework for enh. enh has its issues but i dont think it was ever in need of being gutted and put back together. just get rid of a few CDs and clean up the shit talents and its good. it already has multiple defined thematic build paths in df

People need to understand that this is normal after class get changes that it feels bar or to good ,they need few weeks to crunch numbers and adjust changes.... It may feel bad now but in few weeks it may be way better they just need feedback and testing to make build work

Just make chain lightning hit every mob just make it do reduced after 5. And allow atleast 8-10 mobs with flameshocks. Overall not bad though, love the fact they are doing more with our elementals now just buff their damage so one of our major cds isnt 5% or less of our overall damage. Also allow meteors cd to be reset everytime you resummon it without letting it fall off then resummon it. For an ability thats 1 min cd attached to a major cd close to dks frostwyrm fury 1.5 min cd the damage is NOT even close. Meteor is like 1% of our damage from our greater fire ele while frostwyrms fury is like 20% or more of a frost dks damage

why do they like to make it this difficult for shamans to spread their dot...magma totem only applies 3 FS and FS has a cooldown. no other class has a CD for their main dot:)) why not remove the cd and make magma totem spread more FS?

This is still the one thing that sours ele for me, I loved it more in Legion when you could multi dot with flameshock having no cd and LMT was just a strong AoE option on the talent tree, why does it have to be so miserable to spread a dot for shamans only, meanwhile shadow priest can shadow crash and multi dot everything and get instant proc effects equivalent to lava surge and it's perfectly fine.

Not changing the play style that much? How going from a mobile lava burst machine to a stationary hard caster with long build up to an empty earth shock is the same?

the farseer fire build is VERY mobile

Bring back unleash elements lava burst. Miss big damage lava burst

I tried it and was very disappointed. Clunky as heck and maelstrom generation is non existent. Lets hope they keep iterations coming to smooth it out or it will be a dead spec.

Maelstrom gen shouldn't have been touched. That one change alone significantly sours my view on this rework.

Maelstrom generation scales incredibly hard with haste and mastery. The more you cast spells and the more Overloads you get you more Maelstrom you'll get. If they didn't change anything, the scaling would take it out of control. It sucks right now, but it's honestly not going to be a problem at all. In all my testing, Ele feels a touch slower because less maelstrom, but the damage is really solid and the scaling is there.

@@ZucoWoW I just do not agree. More haste means you also spend more, you can't cherry pick and expect me to buy it, because faster rotation means you also spend faster. This was done purely to take down resource gen a bit. Which is not something they should have done. The overcapping issue is a fire issue, due to bursts just being so valuable, and due to how dre works, in other words, not a resource generation issue. As for stormkeeper, if you overcap at 6 targets with a chain, so what? Every around 1 min in aoe you get a full bar of resources due to chain and waste a little, is that supposed to be bad? Sk feels really good when you use it. Now you generate like 50 maelstrom at 6 targets, which is not even enough to cast an earthquake, which feels pathetic. This is just bad. It damages the flow of the spec. They didn't "need" to fix anything, ms gen was never an actual problem, if spenders weren't dealing as much damage as they wanted, that's not an issue with resource gen, that just means that spenders are doing too little per cast, or generators are doing too much damage per cast, this doesn't even have anything to do with spender damage, because overall damage is damage + frequency, if damage was too low, increase it a bit, reducing the frequency of casts just feels bad. Because it has broader and worse implications than just: my elemental blast or earth shock didn't crit for 10 million damage, who cares about that frankly speaking.

Comment sections about this rework look something like this: "Wow this is awesome! Wow this sucks! Wow this is cool! Wow clunky! Wow nice! Wow bad! Wow awesome! Wow not good!"

everyone else hates the rework but here u are saying its back, its dogshit, lightning build is horrible with maelstorm

No ele sucks now.
