Why doesnt the electrophile attack on the nitrogen atom?

Yes it attacks . to prevent this reaction is carried out at special conditions..(usually at high temperature) And also because of this reason they give limited electrophilic reactions
But why position 2 and 4 are unstable? Reason?

If the electrophile attacks at position 2 or 4, Nitrogen is left with a positive charge. This positive charge means the molecule is less stable
