Brilliant! Thank you for educating me on my search for all things "where the heck did my youthful energy go". I a pre-diabetic, unfortunately. I wish i knew the biology of humans when I was a child - perhaps I would not have eaten so many boxes of Girl Scout cookies! I try my best to do a keto diet, and have even water fasted for three days on several occasions. But keto diet lowers my energy into hell. It is unsustainable for more than a few weeks at a time and I return to some form of carbs. No carbs for weeks and my blood sugar remains at 115 or more. I am desperate to understand what is wrong in my body, liver, cells, and fatty acids to cause unrelenting high blood sugar. When I have a boatload of carbs at the end of a month of keto diet, my blood sugar will drop to 80s for a few days and then return to nightmare. I very much look forward to learning more on your channel, and all others reading my story, beware...high fructose corn syrup is the devil, and constant carbs will lead to very poor health.
