I couldn't imagine doing only electrical panel builds all day every day. It would drive me nuts, but props to whoever can do it!

Having it still look neat without the covers is definitely something you need to work on. It makes maintenance much easier when you can see what actually goes where visually instead of having to look at the diagrams

We used to buil such panels and even larger but much faster. This one it took too much time. 2 weeks with testing and implementing, not just the build. But hey, it looks great. Awesome job!

Nice work can see you highlight the drawings as go. Where is your buss bar link on the motor overloads surely be easier quicker and better to just use a 3ph bar looks like 8 OLs can get the Schneider Electric Linergy Busbar. We normally use seperator plate or dual wide duct to keep control dc and AC 415v segregated. Don't mind me. Always looking how others doing it. Mind u brought one of those all in one cut strip twist crimp tools but was horrible and expensive. Can see u use the squeeze crimpers we moved to the 4 side crimping tools and much better for boot lace. We tried tilt tables to wire at but everyone went back to wiring on a flat table. I feel bad u have to wear a hard hat leaning out like that all day with the extra weight on your head.
