NATIVE SENSE ARTS PROJECT is a project that explores the essence and possibilities of living 'dance' as it is, for all bodies and all ages. NATIVE SENSE, with YOKOI at the centre, is a unit that is creating a new landscape of dance in this project.
Featuring: NATIVE SENSE (IPPEI, SHUNJI, SO-MA, SOMA, Chihiro, Tomoka, YOKOI), EL SQUAD and others.

YOKOI Profile
YOKOI started dancing in 1992 and won the first prize at the largest dance contest in the Kansai region, OSAKA DANCE DELIGHT, after only two years of dancing. Three years later, she won the largest dance contest in Japan, JAPAN DANCE DELIGHT, and her team ELECTRIC TROUBLE at that time had a huge impact not only in Japan, but also in Asia and Europe. In 2003, they won JAPAN DANCE DELIGHT for the second time for the first time in history, and in the same year they formed the street dance all-star group Wrecking Crew Orchestra (WCO) in order to present new possibilities for street dancers. The Wrecking Crew Orchestra was formed in the same year to present new possibilities for street dancers. In 2011, they formed EL SQUAD, a street dance troupe in shiny costumes, which has been viewed more than 50 million times on KZread and has performed in more than 30 countries around the world. In December 2015, they performed in the highly successful stage production "SUPERLOSERZ", co-directed with director Amon Miyamoto, and in September 2016, YOKOI and EL SQUAD performed as guests at musician KREVA's annual large-scale live concert, "908FESTIVAL".
In April 2018, EL SQUAD participated in the "Golden Stage" art festival in Paris, France, which led to a tour of France from November 2019. The tour will span 28 performances, with a total attendance of over 20,000 people.
Profile of Machine Harada
Chairman of ADHIP The first generation of Japanese B-Boys who started breaking in 1983. After working as Japan's top B-Boy and leader of Osaka's legendary ANGEL DUST BREAKERS team, of which Takashi Okamura (Ninety-Nine) was a member, he founded the street dance promotion company ADHIP in 1992.
He organises many events, including the world's largest and highest-level street dance contest 'JAPAN DANCE DELIGHT'.
Launched the free street dance paper 'Dance Delight Magazine'. In 2000, organised the world's largest breakdance event 'BATTLE OF THE YEAR' in Japan for the first time in Asia.
He has strong connections with countries around the world and his influence is immeasurable.
In August 2017, he was awarded the first Takajin Award in the Legend category for his achievements in making Osaka a world-class street dance city.
