Machine features:
This stator production line is equipped with automatic stator coil winding and inserting machine
This line is used for washing machine motor stator winding, table fan motor stator winding,etc. The features is as below:
1. Adapts AC servo motor system as the power source for winding, mould dipping, cup indexing, wire hooking&cutting and paper feeding, adapts three-phase variable frequency reduction motor as the turntable indexing power source;
2. Function: three layer coils winding are complete individually by three winding stations;
3. The spindle is controlled by servo motor; accuracy of turns is ±1 turn; the working speed can be set at random, and the whole machine has no obvious vibration and noise;
4. Possible for two wires paralle winding; the winding is neat, and no damage for the enameled wire. The machine will stop automatically once the wire is finished;
5. Adapts servo motion system for wire hooking and cutting XY axis moving at front-back left-right direction, the bridge wire and lead wire length can be adjusted;
6. The mould dipping is controlled by servo system
7. The process parameter of each stator can be set and saved individually on the HMI,;
8. Adapts cam divider for coil inserting tooling station exchange, the speed is controlled by frequency converter;
9.The whole machine is consisted of winding flyer rotation mechanism, winding mould lifting mechanism, coil inserting angle rotation mechanism, wire hooking arm left-right front-back mechanism, etc.;
10. It has fault diagnosing function;
11. Use mylar as the wedge;
12. Adapts servo motor for paper feeding, interval slot wedge inserting can be set. Wedge length and number can be set;
13. Material of the critical parts of tooling: tooling steel;
14.The wire pressing mechanism is stable and reliable, can wind the coil directly and accurately into the winding mould;
15.The Winding mechanism, wedge making mechanism, coil pushing mechanism, coil inserting mechanism has pre-deceleration function;
16.The winding speed, mould dipping speed, wire hooking arm moving speed, wedge making speed, turn-table indexing speed, coil inserting up-pushing height and stop time can be set on the HMI;
17. No damage for the wedge, wire after coil inserting;

It is a great synchronised work . Only the sad part is after sometime the monotony of the work will be felt . These people need good rest at the end of their shift . I like hardworking nature of Chinese. Great video.

It's sure a far cry from gardening/growing vegetables out in the sun and surrounded by nature, isn't it? But the pay it ten times better, and that's why so many move to the cities.

This is a normal washing machine motor. I did not expect it to be so difficult to manufacture in any country. This factory we have an electrical and electronics repair shop
So I'm watching this to see if I am right about a therory;do they spray the moter with a water sealer,you know to block out the water

I respect hard working attitude of these Chinese workers.They are working twice as fast or more compare to some American workers for much lower pay.Without them working that hard the price we pay for their product would be much higher prices.Soon they would teach us how to work as fast as they are for low pay.I l like them very much . Some American workers are lazy in my view.Agree?

انا أعلق بالعربية لأقول لبنات العرب شوفوا كيف يكون العمل وافنضباط ,,لم نرى واحدة مثلا فتحت حقيبتها لـاخذ ساندوتش لتأكله أثناء العمل ؟؟ لم نجد واحدة مثلا تركت مكان عملها لعذر ما ؟؟ للأسف النساء عندنا لا تنفع لمثل هذه العمال لأنهم تعودوا على التراخي وكيفية الهروب من أداء العمل المكلفين به والسبب الحكومة نفسها لأنها أخترعت أجازات مثل الوضع والولادة والرضاعة وللأسف تستغلها المرأة العربية أسواء إستغلا ل ولما لا الراحة وأخذ راتب شهري لا تستحقة نهاية كل شهر .. لدرجة أن الحكومة عرضت على النساء العاملات أن تمكسث في بيتها نظير أعطاؤها نصف الراتب ..فرفضت النساء هذا العرض ؟؟ليه لأنها في حميع الحالات لا تعمل فلما ترضى بنصف الراتب ؟؟ تعلموا يا نساء العرب كيف يكون العمل ؟؟ والله دخلت أحد السنترالات التليفونية لدفع فاتورة التليفون والنت وعندما وقف أما الشباك وجدت الأهوال عدد الموظفين بالمكتب 11 موظف وموظفة ..كلهم نساء وواحد فقط رجل ..وللأسف الرجل هو من يعمل .أما النساء فقل واحدة منهن تستعد للإفطار بفتح حقائبهن وإخراج الفطار ولا يعيرن للعمل أدني مسئولية .. وقس على هذا كافة الأعمال الأخرى ..والله معظمهن لا يستحق رواتبهم الشهرية لأنهم عالة وبطالة مقنعه الحكومة هي السبب في ذلك بسبب قوانينها البالية ..أفيقوا يا حكومات الدول العربية لن تنهض البلاد طالما نجد هذه العينات المتكاسلة ..أنظروا للصين واليابان وكوريا والدول الأوروبية كيف نهضوا وأسبحوا دول كبرى ..

These tasks should be automated. Not nice for humans to do this kind of work everyday. They look like robots. The owners of the company make lots of money and these poor workers earn almost nothing
